  • What a blast - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

Ive owned my six for a little over a year and its still a great car. As a son and grandson of autoworkers Ive driven or owned almost every type of car. The Six is a great car in every respect. My satisfaction with this car a year later is probably higher than the day I bought it. I live near mountains and the 4 cyl climbs better than most v6s and screaming around the corners on the down hill is stiff and predictible. Its been a pleasure to own.

I bought my Mazda 6 used and have had it for 2 1/2 years.. The car has been a pleasure to own everything has been beyond expectations.. The car has plenty of power and great MPG I avg 26-27 mpg with the V-6 something hard to find now days. The car is just right for the the new dad, that still wants something sporty to put the baby seat in. The car has been 100% reliable not a single problem and the inside of these things is so nice looks like a vehicle that would cost so much more.

Bought this car used with 20k miles on it, got a screaming deal - the market seems to be flooded with them right now. There are a few peeves with the car in terms of build quality compared with my older, Japan-built Mazda, but hey, if you need a station wagon and are on a limited budget this car is a heck of a choice and a lot of fun to drive. Handles like its on rails, gets up and goes and turns heads. Before you settle for a Passat or waste your money on an Audi or Beemer, take the time to drive one. Zoom-zoom!

This is my first Mazda, and I am sold! This is an excellent car, reliable/superb handling/excellent styling. My only complaint is the rather poor fuel mileage, other than that I love it. Im sure my next car will be a Mazda as well.

  • Better than the Accord hands down - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

For evreything you get with the 6, it with out a doubt is one of the best values out there. I had an Accord that a traded for my new 6 and the comparisons are not even close. The 6 looks better inside and out and is much more exciting to drive. The horses are a little low but the smooth-fun drive more than make up for the lack of power. This may be the best investment I have made on a vehicle. Bottom line, Mazda has sold me, I will be back for more. Very impressed!

  • My Wifes New Car - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

Scenario: Our 14 year old son had outgrown the backseat of our 1997 Acura Integra GSR. We needed a mid- sized sedan. My wife prefers to drive a manual transmission and wanted a little zip. Possible Choices:Altima, Passat, 6s. (Accord and Camry did not offer a manual transmission w/V6) Outcome: Although, the 6 does not perform like the Acura, by any means, it suited our needs. Adequate acceleration, excellent handling and braking for a car in this size and price range, sporty appearance, and price (MSRP was $5000 less than comparably equipped Altima or Passat) were the factors in making our final decision. Epilogue: My wife chose to keep her 6s when I

This car is great fun to drive, and it is a head-turner. Most people are stunned that I only paid $21,500 for such a nice-looking car. The sport package is definitely a recommended option (sport bumpers, skirts, suspension, and wheels), as is the luxury package (leather, power drivers seat, seat warmers)

  • Fun to Drive (true zoom-zoom) - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

[I hate driving in the crazy, stop and go, permanent-construction Denver metro traffic.] So, I opted for the automatic with sequential shift. Although I gave up quite a bit of manual-shift punch (I drove that one, too), the car is really fun to drive. I push this thing to its tire-screeching limits (no joke), but the car just begs for more. If it lasts five years the way I drive, Ill be seriously impressed with Mazda.

  • So Far Its Good - 2004 Mazda Mazda6
    By -

Ive owned this car for a few months and so far I couldnt be much happier with my purchase. I was told when i bought it that the catalytic converters had already been replaced in it which disappointed me but we made the purchase anyways. The ride on the new Hancock tires was amazing. For a front wheel drive car this thing handles amazing. The hatch offers a lot of potential for mass cargo so I intend to use it next year for a cross country trip. Gas mileage could be a little better but when switching from an SUV I cant really complain all that much. The only bad thing about the vehicle Ive found is the turning radius. Its pretty horrible and my old SUV could out turn it.

  • 2004 Mazda 6 s 3.0l v6 with sport packag - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

The best thing about the 2004 mazda 6 is the styling. with the dual crome exaust the euro style tail lights and large lighted rear wing the vehical has a very agressive look. The sport package is a must!!! the only small regret i have about my M6 is getting the V6 with the sport package and getting the automatic transmision. With the sporty car i think i would have enjoyed the manual, also increasing the 0-60 time down to 6.9 sec. the Mazda i purchased was fully equiped with heated leather seats and the bose audio package which is execellent.i highly recommend this vehical for anyone not looking for the tipcal honda or toyota.
