New hatchback and wagon body styles are scheduled as midyear additions. Minor adjustments to the 6's optional equipment packages are the only other changes for 2004.

• More fun to drive than most family sedans, slick shifting manual transmission, smooth power delivery, nicely appointed interior, multiple body styles.

  Definitely fun to drive. Ive driven domestics for the past 35 years & put a lot of research into my most recent purchase. Test drove GM, Ford, Toyota, Nissan & Honda. Nothing was better than the loaded Mazda6s unless I wanted to spend an extra six grand! Love the car...Dealership? Questionable at best. If I purchase another Mazda it will be at a different dealer!

  This is a great car to drive. Performance with the 3.0L engine is excellent, handling is magnificent, looks and feels like a true sports car, very comfortable on long trips, very good fuel ecomony, etc. etc. And it doesnt cost an arm and a leg. Mazda truly hit a home run with this new model.

  I bought my Mazda6 after selling Cadillac Eldorado. Wanted something with Europinian design. Interior and exterior design 10+. Driving is fun. My Cadillac had V8 and now I have V4 i do not regret that I have less HP. For daily work commute it is one of the best cars on the market. Plus, I didnt want to drive what most people drive: Honda Accord, Toyota Camry. My only complain: after 500 miles generator broke. I was upset because this is not what you would expect from the car with only 500 mile on it.

  Picked up a 6s manual fully loaded as a Xmas present to myself after months of research and test drives. I am thouroughly pleased with the cars handling, engine and interior. The rear spoiler is a little disco for me, but didnt want to wait 3 months for one without. The buying experience was good except the haggling over trade in value.

  This is the best car I ever owned in th last 29 years. I have driven from bmws to vws and this is one great piece of automobile for the money. I gave it excellent ratings because of its style, handling, and performance. Thanks Mazda, Thank you Holman.

  what a great car to drive! have the sports package mazda 6 and you dont drive the car, the car drives you. the handling of this car rivels anything that NASCAR has. it is just amazing. seats could be a little more comfortable for those longer trips. also the arm rest could be longer for us females that have to move the seat closer to the gas pedal.
