By Faro - January 31 - 1:56 amI am the 2nd owner, bought it with 67000 miles. Currently 76,000 in a little over 8 months. Had a 97 Prelude (auto trans) previous to this and I can say that this car handles just as predictable as the Prelude, which was lowered 2 inches all around. It has just the right amount of power to merge onto the highway, to cruise on the open road, as well as passing someone on the highway. I have the manual tranny and so far havent had any problem. I do experience starter squeal from the clutch dust in the bearings, as well as a defunct CD player, and my fan control module went - causing the engine to overheat. The car does have its reliability issues, other than that, its a great all around car.

By Etm - December 31 - 2:00 amThis car is totally fun to drive. Handling is great. Power is great. Cabin is spacious and easy on the eyes. Mine came with the Bose audio package which is OK. Overall, this car deserves high ratings. This car is definitely more appealing than any other sedan out there in the market today that is around the same price range. Each angle of the car is very striking and aggressive. Its design screams "sports".

Unlike the boring Honda Accord and lack luster Toyota Solara. The Mazda 6 was the car of choice. Great performance and a lot of fun to drive. Mazda has integrated some great technology into this car. You will not go wrong owning this car.

By Steveo983 - December 21 - 10:00 amIt is easy to go car shopping at just about any dealership and find a nice car that will provide you with everything you need...4 wheels, a seat and a few other parts, but I feel mazda did pretty above average on my mazda 6 5-door. It is excellent to drive, and I find any reason to just go out and drive it and I dont think that I will ever come close to the 21/26 mileage rating with how nice the 5-speed revs up Being a college student, the 5-door helps me move in and out all my gear easily and the stylish interior with leather makes the women melt. I havent found any problems or flaws with design to this car and I would recomend it to any lead foot person

I recommend buying this car for yourself not the wife; it is no minivan! This car to me compares to having a Mustang station wagon but still rides well on the highway, especially at high speeds.
