Overview & Reviews
The Lexus RX 350 is a vehicle that's comfortable in its own metal. And why wouldn't it be? This midsize luxury crossover SUV has long been a consumer favorite thanks to its plush ride, spacious interior, strong reliability record and appealing high-tech features. While the RX 350 doesn't promise much in the way of driving passion, its combination of comfort and convenience is hard to top in a five-passenger luxury crossover. It also commands lofty resale values due to that sterling Lexus reputation.
Offering either front- or all-wheel drive, the RX 350 dates back to 2007, when it was introduced as a continuation of the RX 330. It has received significant upgrades in cabin technology over the years, but a generous standard features list and excellent build quality are a given with any Lexus RX 350. Unless you need the versatility of a third-row seat, this Lexus is likely to be a compelling proposition.

More enjoyable than expected - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By HB - November 21 - 7:23 amMore enjoyable than expected to drive. The pick-up power on highway is great. Rides well. Armrests and leather seats could be better. Negative is the lack of places/nooks for containing things - papers, pens, notepad, etc. the middle counsel quickly is used up and there are few additional utilization spaces. Woman designer needed for upfront interior space usage.

Best choice I ever made - 2013 Lexus RX 350
By snowman22 - November 20 - 8:54 amFrom day one I knew I bought the vehicle I always wanted. Everything is perfect with this vehicle. Looks,Ride,Comfort, quiet, refined and safe. Also lots of storage and plenty of room to haul just about anything when the back seats are folded down. Just fantastic. Plus-- the re-sale value is there when your ready for another quality vehicle from Lexus.

My First Lexus! - 2008 Lexus RX 350
By T. Dino - November 12 - 6:06 amAs a BMW owner for many years, I felt it was time to try something new. I chose Lexus over the other competition and I must say that I am more than satisfied. The RX 350 is a smooth and quiet ride with good acceleration when on the move. My vehicle is equipped with the Premium Plus Package that includes the Voice Activated Nav System with Bluetooth and Rear Back-Up Camera. It has adequate trunk space with one touch automatic rear door (very helpful when youre carrying a bunch of groceries and of course it looks cool). You definitely get more value for your dollar with this vehicle than you do the competition.

Everything is great except the gas mileage - 2011 Lexus RX 350
By sid_arora - September 16 - 12:06 amAs it has been mentioned in other reviews that car is great. I love the feeling of a plush ride. One biggest complaint is that dealer didnt offer to sell the Hybrid version of this car as i am really not happy with the gas mileage. In year 2011, getting 18 mpg when the gasoline is costing close to $4 per gallon. It is really taking the fun out of driving this gas guzzler. I really suggest Lexus should stop selling this SUV and only sell the hybrid version of this car. On a hindsight i am guilt of not purchasing the hybrid. Thanks.

The best got better... - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By Nelz - September 13 - 3:23 pmAs good as the previous generation RX was, the 2010 is even better. They have replaced the strut based rear suspension with a double wishbone style, this equates to more cargo space and better handling characteristics. They have a 6 speed tranny replacing the 5 speed, up in hp and torque, a new on demand style AWD system means better mpg (up to 28) you can lock it in as well. Smart key access means you never have to take your key out of your pocket and push button start is awesome. This is a car that is built around the driver. I have driven the Acura MDX, Mercedes, BMW X5, Lincoln MKX... none of them compare, Lexus is the best bar none; the cabin lay-out makes sense, the others are complex.

Elegant, fun to drive SUV - 2009 Lexus RX 350
By danmiller3 - September 4 - 11:13 pmOverall, we are very pleased with the RX 350. It has a quiet, smooth, fun ride. The interior is meticulously crafted and comfortable. We had a minor alignment problem at purchase but the dealer remedied it.

Engine Noise - 2008 Lexus RX 350
By Karen Ko - September 2 - 2:00 amHELP! Engine very noisy especially whenever I accelerate and I was told by LEXUS that it is normal. When I test drove it, it was not noisy and I thought the noise came from the tires as I was told to change when it was under 20,000 miles as the inner treads were worn.

Excellent in the crossover category - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By MiamiRX350 - August 27 - 10:13 amLooked at all the competition. Hands down best driving of all of them. This is my wifes car and she came out of Mercedes Benz C-Class. Ask her if she misses her other car and shell yell out "not at all".

Even better! - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By Lexus Loyalist - August 22 - 9:46 pmJust traded my 09 RX for this one, and what a difference! The old style was good, but Lexus has jumped to a higher level of luxury and comfort with the 2010. You immediately notice the much quieter cabin, far-off engine noise, and luxurious interior. The navigation "mouse" appears intimidating, but even this old guy caught on very quickly. The screen is bigger and brighter, and completes addresses after you enter just a few letters, like a computer. Many of the Lexus Personal Settings are customizable from the nav screen, so its much easier to try some out and then change back. I love this car, and even use it in place of my LS460 at times. Get one for yourself and see.
