Overview & Reviews
The Lexus RX 350 is a vehicle that's comfortable in its own metal. And why wouldn't it be? This midsize luxury crossover SUV has long been a consumer favorite thanks to its plush ride, spacious interior, strong reliability record and appealing high-tech features. While the RX 350 doesn't promise much in the way of driving passion, its combination of comfort and convenience is hard to top in a five-passenger luxury crossover. It also commands lofty resale values due to that sterling Lexus reputation.
Offering either front- or all-wheel drive, the RX 350 dates back to 2007, when it was introduced as a continuation of the RX 330. It has received significant upgrades in cabin technology over the years, but a generous standard features list and excellent build quality are a given with any Lexus RX 350. Unless you need the versatility of a third-row seat, this Lexus is likely to be a compelling proposition.

Great smaller SUV - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By Terry B - January 23 - 1:13 amLots of negative review but it is starter luxury SUV for this price The ride compared to two previous ES 350 is just fine. The gas mileage is down from 27 average to 19.5 but it is a SUV. Very limited wind noise and quietness of vehicle is very much Lexus. I have gotten out of vehicle with it still running but in park several times. Love the storage area with only two rows of sits suit my lifestyle. I didnt get the nav, love the screen display of various settings. I am a 64 yr old and not your typical RX buyer. I personally think it is a great buy with the improved features for 2010. It sounds to me a lot the complainers should not be in a beginner luxury Suv but a lower value SUV.

Poor Quality From Canada - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By KC001 - January 19 - 9:43 amWhen we ordered our 2010 RX we were assured it would come from Japan, all of our previous 5 Lexus were Japan built. When the Canada manufactured RX arrived, dealer was surprised but we took the car. First thing that happened was at about 100 miles the front bumper popped off right at the headlights. Sure it was loose at delivery. Returned to dealer and they wanted to charge to repair the damage. Of course that did not fly and they fixed it no charge. Now at 2000 miles bumper is completely loose again just from normal driving. Also waiting on Lexus Customer Service to respond. In addition to above hood, door and car body are not aligned, build quality poor. Be sure your VIN starts with J.

Our First Lexus - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By Gnu892 - January 4 - 8:30 amWhenever you hear about a Lexus, its about how quiet the interiors are. The RX is not as quiet as the Lexus sedans and not as isolated, but is still very refined. Yet, all the salesmen say, "Look how quiet." Blah. The engine growls under acceleration unlike the new ES or GS, but it is a classy rumble. The car is a magnificent touring vehicle and should be considered if youre looking at MBZ and Caddy crossovers. Be sure to test drive the vehicle at 75-80 MPH or you will be stunned at the road and wind noise on the drive home. The navigation system is excellent and knows when you are making illegal U turns.

Excellent! - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By Jaymie - December 25 - 10:56 pmThis car is very reliable. The power liftgate and navigation systems are great. They do need a 3rd row seat however, so that more people can ride.

LOVE MY LEXUS - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By LOVE IT - December 20 - 12:13 pmTook Delivery at the end of February. My ONLY regret was not getting the Nav system w/back up camera (hubby still insists it wasnt necessary). I just enjoy driving this vehicle. Will probably buy it at the end of the lease. Surprised by the good service center. Routine work was done quickly, but they still loaned me a car for my convenience. When my mom lost her hearing aid, they took out the seats to search, and when they finished they told me there was no charge. I was shocked, and now my mom is planning to buy a car from them.

Probably my last Lexus - 2017 Lexus RX 350
By Longtime Lexus Owner - December 20 - 11:52 amBeen a Lexus owner since 2003. This one measure up in so many ways, but the noise, drone, and vibration though the pedals, steering wheel and center console are terrible. Lexus tells me thats the nature of this model. My Chevy truck is a dream to drive compared to this one.

Happy Husband - 2008 Lexus RX 350
By Marke - December 14 - 12:53 pmThis is what my wife wanted and it has exceeded her expectations. From my perspective, the RX 350 is boring but dependable and it holds its value. Only one issue, the leather seats are not well made and your clothing colors may darken the seats. The dealer claims " the seats are so soft, thats why they are absorbing the color". That is "bunk". We have a bamboo Pearl exterior with tan leather - clothing fabric should not be absorbed into the seats--be careful. Nothing compares to my LS,but my wife loves the car. And its all about her.

Great all around suv. - 2015 Lexus RX 350
By Randy Surendra - December 12 - 10:42 amThis is a great all around mid sized suv. Its very comfortable. visibility is great all around. parking sensors provides extra aid in parking in tight spots. There is more than sufficient amount of space for 4 adults. The cargo area is large. Gas mileage is reasonable for its class. Power is also reasonable for its class. Snow and ice handling is excellent even with all season tires. Very comfortable and relaxing on long trips. Drove it to Las Vegas last summer, it proved to be an excellent long trip suv. With 8500 miles driven, has not been to the dealer for any type of repairs or adjustments. Excellent fit and finish.

Nostalgic for my 04 - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By Boris E. Meditch - November 21 - 4:30 pmI have owned two previous RX Lexus models and my new 2010 slightly disappoints in its rather wallowing ride and loose feel at highway speeds. It feels more bulbous and bloated and oversized. The nav system is vastly improved, but for my old eyes is buried too deeply in the dash console. The lack of any side door guard strips will surely lead to more dings and dents. Fit and finish appear to be excellent. The telephone book size owners manual is a joke - way over the top.
