Model Overview:

The Lexus RX 350 is a vehicle that's comfortable in its own metal. And why wouldn't it be? This midsize luxury crossover SUV has long been a consumer favorite thanks to its plush ride, spacious interior, strong reliability record and appealing high-tech features. While the RX 350 doesn't promise much in the way of driving passion, its combination of comfort and convenience is hard to top in a five-passenger luxury crossover. It also commands lofty resale values due to that sterling Lexus reputation.

Offering either front- or all-wheel drive, the RX 350 dates back to 2007, when it was introduced as a continuation of the RX 330. It has received significant upgrades in cabin technology over the years, but a generous standard features list and excellent build quality are a given with any Lexus RX 350. Unless you need the versatility of a third-row seat, this Lexus is likely to be a compelling proposition.

  • Roadside Assistance is not good - 2010 Lexus RX 350

I have had Lexus vehicles for the last 10 years and dont have any complaints until now. The vehicles are great however the first time we have to use roadside assistance, it was a bust. We had to call roadside assistance a month ago because we had an accident that was not too serious but bad enough that the car could not be driven. Bottom line, 4 hours later they came to get the car. At our location, it should have only taken 1 1/2 hours at the most. It was not the fault of the wrecker company but a mix- up at roadside assistance that delayed the wrecker. We have had no resolution from Lexus at all on this. Pray that you dont need roadside assistance.

  • Love to Drive this car - 2007 Lexus RX 350

I really enjoy driving my car, it fits my body. Not too big and overwhelming. It feels luxurious. I would recommend it to everyone.

  • the car for people who want their car to work - 2016 Lexus RX 350

I tested many crossovers. Lexus has the most comfortable seats, quietest ride. Dont get sports wheels; its not a sports car. Ride better without them. Get the seats that dont get hot in the sun; best invention ever (except antibiotics and vaccines). Get third party car play and skip any built in software. Google and Apple are better. According to my research, it is the car least likely to be in the shop during your lease.

  • Great Freeway Cruiser - 2009 Lexus RX 350

In the 4 months Ive owned the RX350 it has been from Ohio to California and back, with several 700 mile days in the driving mix. Fuel economy runs around 23-24 mpg at 80 mph+ cruising speeds. Its extremely comfortable, with nice performance, being very brisk off the line, but at speed shows its weight and aerodynamic drag. The car (suv?) is very solid, and most interior features are well thought out. It feels large inside, but I came out of a restaurant at lunch to find it parked between two Suburbans; then it looked tiny! Brakes are very good, but the steering is a bit numb and the suspension is soft with resulting "average" handling. Not a single problem at 6000 miles. Great vehicle

  • L FOR LAZY LEXUS - 2016 Lexus RX 350

Something wrong is going on with Lexus Corp. The 2016 RX 350 even without the F sport package has loud noises penetrating the cabin. The shifts between gears in the new 8 speed automatic are not smooth as expected from Lexus. The RX was always a comfortable car. That is what Lexus pioneered. Suddenly they are chasing the Germans with this mid life crisis and anahialting a big chunk of there customer base. The build quality in certain areas is impeccable - though other manufacturers are catching up. Whens the last time you sat in a Lincoln Black Label trim? The Lexus RX should focus on creating two destinct models. The F sport should be sporty while the regular spec 350 should be super luxurious. I have 4 friends who have the new RX and they ALL regret not extending the lease on the 2013/2015 model they had. They feel the older body style was superior on the comfort side. The 8 speed is not smooth and the car is noisier??

  • Not a high quality vehicle - 2017 Lexus RX 350

Disappointed with the vibration and noise issue at 1200-1500 RPM range also disturbed by the hesitation.

  • 2013 moves ahead in design - 2013 Lexus RX 350

I traded for a 2013 as I really like the exterior styling changes and the new claret mica color. It reminds me of looking through a sparkling glass of California pinot noir. The interior is still as comfortable as the 2010-2012 versions, and the cabin is still as quiet. No change to the powertrain means the same peppy performance and smooth shifting A/T.

  • Nice but not great - 2010 Lexus RX 350

Drove the MB M class and Acura MDX and settled on the Lexus. Acura has superior nav system...the delay after every verbal command from the Lexus nav is extremely annoying and time consuming, but great for folks who have trouble mastering the nav I guess. Had a major rattle within the first week, very disappointing at this price. Quiet secure ride but no one could ever call it a "fun" drive.

  • First Experience with my 2009 RX350 FWD - 2009 Lexus RX 350

Purchased a 2009 RX350 FWD fully loaded with Mark Livingston sound system. I now have about 800 miles on it and so far we really enjoyed the vehicle. It is the right size for us and fun to drive. Took it to San Diego last weekend and great ride on I- 5 and off roads. Get in and out of traffic on demand. The salesman at the dealership is really professional and guide us through the leasing process in under 2-hours.

  • Decision I will never regret. - 2010 Lexus RX 350
    By -

I bought this car about three days ago and what a charm. This car is my first Lexus and what an impression it made on me when I went to the dealer to test drive it. The ride is nice and smooth when it needs to be and is tight through the cornering. This car is very techno savvy but it doesnt take much time to figure out how to use everything. The interior is not bad although other reviews say they are rough on the back but I dont think so. Overall, this car is great but has some minor details that can be easily changed for the next gen, but all in all this is a great car.
