Model Overview:

The Lexus RX 350 is a vehicle that's comfortable in its own metal. And why wouldn't it be? This midsize luxury crossover SUV has long been a consumer favorite thanks to its plush ride, spacious interior, strong reliability record and appealing high-tech features. While the RX 350 doesn't promise much in the way of driving passion, its combination of comfort and convenience is hard to top in a five-passenger luxury crossover. It also commands lofty resale values due to that sterling Lexus reputation.

Offering either front- or all-wheel drive, the RX 350 dates back to 2007, when it was introduced as a continuation of the RX 330. It has received significant upgrades in cabin technology over the years, but a generous standard features list and excellent build quality are a given with any Lexus RX 350. Unless you need the versatility of a third-row seat, this Lexus is likely to be a compelling proposition.

This unit runs like a dream. Everything not only works, things work well. The rain sensing wipers were set to auto when new, and I havent touched them since - they come on when needed, and go off when not. The AC was set to auto, 72 degrees, and I havent touched it since. The unit has understated elegance, very subtle. I couldnt be more satisfied.

We traded in a 2007 RX350 that was the third RX we owned. We have been very happy with the vehicles and the service. The new RX is a huge improvement. It rides much quieter and smoother. The features are easy to use, and the quality is top notch. If you want the best at a great price Lexus is the car for you.

Ive only owned the vehicle for two months, so I have little to say about it; but so far so good. I really enjoy the interior room; Im a single person but do need the extra space from time to time. This car is based on the Toyota Highlander, which is a good vehicle to begin with; even though they both have Camry pedigrees, the car handles pretty good, and it was a bargain in contrast to other similar Lexus products.

Nice vehicle overall. Not as fast or good handling as the Acura RDX, but many more features/options. (Is Acura really a luxury brand?) Great price and service so far from the local dealer. Purchased a model with the optional 12 speaker stereo, but the sound is not impressive. Our RAV4 has better bass. The stereo will not support an iPhone through the USB port(despite being assured it would by the dealer - unbelievable). Gas mileage to date is approx 17 mpg in town.

  • The best crossover out right now - 2010 Lexus RX 350

Okay, so no matter what any of these reviews say, none of this applies to my vehicle. The interior quality and design is superfluous and soft to the touch though it is true seats could be a little more cushioned. The ride is very soft though the power is there if u want it. Everything in the car works as advertised and I love it. Wind noise may be a little intrusive at highway speeds, but you could just roll up the windows and crank up the mark levinson audio system. For those looking for an all around great and functional crossover, you dont need to look farther than the rx350. I have test drove the ML, X5, MDX and none of these cars are as comfortable as this RX. It truly is the drivers SUV.

The RX is a soli, reliable, safe cushy car. Not a fun to drive as some cars, but soooo reliable and it takes regular gas! The only problem I have with the car is the voice command system. Due to the placement of the microphone, it just doesnt consistently recognize voice commands. I usually just use my phone which is sync to the car to to request phone numbers and by-pass the annoying voice recognition feature.

  • Misleading Fuel Economy - 2015 Lexus RX 350

I had a 2006 RX 350 for 10 years and absolutely loved it. I wanted to purchase the Volvo SUV but my husband convinced me to stick with Lexus since we had such a great experience previously. Unfortunately this 2015 RX350 is no that great. The navigation is very annoying and takes so long to enter an address, I prefer to use the map app on my iphone so can can just say the address and off I go. I really miss my armrest... I know its something most people dont care about but I like to have an armrest where it meets my elbow. My biggest complaint is the gas economy. Its supposed to range from a minumum of 18 MPG local. It only gets 14 MPG on average!!! which is worse than the V8 Ford Explorer Limited that I had from the 90s. This is a huge gas guzzler - thank goodness the gas prices have gone down. On a positive note, I love the seats, they are very comfortable with beautiful color option of "saddle"... or brown. Its very roomy and looks great. The service from Lexus is also always top notch.

This is my 3rd RX 350. With each generation the navigation and other electronic controls get more complex and harder to use. For some reason instead of getting faster and more responsive over the years, the computer in this car is slower and less intuitive than the earlier models. It is on its way to the dealer for the second time because the screen has blacked out and now freezes on occasion. I pay for the traffic package and it is not unusual to drive 10 miles after starting the car for the traffic info to show on the screen. And compared to an app like Waze, it is very dumb and likely to lead you into a traffic jam and then cheerfully chirp "slow traffic." If i could get out of this lease, I would.

The RX350 is a sweet ride. It is quiet, smooth and comfortable. I love the parchment & black interior.

Due to my family size, over the years we have owned suburbans. Due to my wife no longer the soccer mom, we tried the BMW X5, Volvo XC90, GM Tahoe, and Mazda. Needless to say the Lexus RX350 was the class of the field...Great ride and features. Just eclipsed 1000 miles and we have enjoyed it. It has some many features that I dont know if we will ever utilize them, such as the back up camera. Im old school, I still turn around to back...I knew as soon as we went on the test drive that I was sold.
