Overview & Reviews
The Lexus RX 330 receives a larger V6 and has been renamed the RX 350. The new 3.5-liter V6 provides 47 more horsepower than last year's 3.3-liter V6.
- Well-appointed cabin, luxury sedan ride, practical high-tech features, rock solid reliability history, excellent dealer service.
- Plush ride tuning makes for merely acceptable handling, no third-row seat option, pricey option packages.

My sexy rxy! - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By Jeremy - March 14 - 7:30 amI bought the RX after an extensive search and over three dozen test drives. The RX is best overall in reliability, safety (backup camera has already saved me a couple of minor bumps) and comfort for any family vehicle that I looked at. Any other car and Id be giving up on one of the three. I got the Mark Levinson (as a result, the DVD as well, cmon Lexus!) and it is awesome. The leather is very, very nice. Back seats are comfortable and recline. Rear gate can be opened and shut by remote, which is great during the school drop-off. Mileage has been around 16 around town which is not the best, but on our last 100 mile road trip, we got 28 mpg average on the highway. Thats awesome! Congrats to Lexus.

Less REX for the Money - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By TOMCAT - January 10 - 4:33 pmWhen I decided to upgrade my flawless 1998 Toyota 4-Runner, the RX 350 was a no-brainer. A lot more luxurious, more class and good looks coupled with Toyotas solid reputation made the decision easy. Overall I like it. Ride, fuel-mileage, luxury are right up there. However, the Nav System that is voice-activated comes up short. What really hurts however is that the RX series doesnt include recognition of any Climate Commands. All of the other Lexus models do. I called Lexus/USA about this. A 10 second download would fix the problem. Their answer - Sorry - No Deal. It makes you feel that you have less of a Lexus than the other models. Why??

Best In Class - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By Big John - January 1 - 5:53 amI had a RX 300 for seven years. After test driving the RX 350, I bought it on the spot. I have only had it a month but just completed a 2500 mile trip. This is one of the best cars I ever owned. It averaged 27.5 MPG the first 800 miles then jumped to over 29 MPG at 70 MPH average. I didnt buy it for economy but it outperforms my PT Cruiser. The cabin is so quiet and the water repellent windows are unbelivable in a rainstorm. This is my wifes daily driver and she loves the liftgate feature and the comfortable seats. Im 63" and I have plenty of room. This is by far the best in class overall. Lexus got this one PERFECT.

Just what we needed - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By KL - December 26 - 10:43 pmGot the RX 350 AWD new and so far has been great for what we use it for. It has been reliable with minimal issues that the dealership has taken care of. Not the most fun to drive as it is very plush and you really cant feel the road. It is just the right size for us and tows our 3500 lb boat just fine. Lately, @30k miles now, Ive noticed the mileage isnt as good as it used to be. Not exactly sure why but it gets about 16-18 mpg combined. Few years ago, it got 24/25 mpg on highway. Great vehicle, would consider another one when the time comes.

love my Lexus - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By RL - December 17 - 9:16 pmI have always driven the traditional big station wagon/SUV, after my boys left home it was time to downsize and go for comfort. My husband had a 13 year old Lexus es300 w/300,000 mi when it was finally time to let it go so it was obvious to me that Lexus was the answer and it has not disappointed. I have 45K mi on my 2007RXAWD and couldnt be happier. It has enough cargo space, good MPG, and creature comfort features I love. I am waiting to see what new features are to come out on the new RX, as I think gas consumption is an issue that may warrant serious engine changes, and then I hope to get another.

Like it a lot! - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By Klonny - October 23 - 8:06 pmPurchased this after totaling a S Class. The RX350 is no S class, but its a fine vehicle, dependable, quiet, buttons laid out nice. the drive is solid, but its not a drivers car, the feel is muted and bland. GPS is great (except you cant change it while driving), stock stereo is not up to par with Benz or Acura. Mileage is truly impressive, if you go the speed limit you get 29 MPG highway! what is disappointing is the "luxury" aspect, the vinyl door inserts instead of leather, a known and persistent rattle from back, no push button start and no aux in. It feels like a luxury car for the masses (which is exactly what it is I guess).

Fabulous Car - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By K & S - October 18 - 9:03 amHad a Sequoia before the 2007 RX 350 AWD and I loved it. I sometimes miss the capacity of the Sequoia, but the RX 350 is such a great car, Im over it in no time! This car is so generously appointed and capable, I seriously sometimes forget I have to drive it... it does everything else for me. I got everything on it except the DVD system and Im still learning cool stuff it does. I test drove many cars before deciding on this one and for the money, there is nothing better out there. Actually, nothing even came close.

Surprise for Wife - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By Tadich - October 6 - 9:46 amI surprised my wife with this vehicle in late January. We both really love it so far. This vehicle replaces a minivan, so there is no comparison regarding comfort and performance. Overall a very impressive ride and our mileage has been better than advertised at 27mpg highway and 22mpg around town. Prior to purchasing this I did a great deal of research, and kept coming back to the Lexus as it offered so much more for the money in my opinion.
