Overview & Reviews
The Lexus RX 350 is a vehicle that's comfortable in its own metal. And why wouldn't it be? This midsize luxury crossover SUV has long been a consumer favorite thanks to its plush ride, spacious interior, strong reliability record and appealing high-tech features. While the RX 350 doesn't promise much in the way of driving passion, its combination of comfort and convenience is hard to top in a five-passenger luxury crossover. It also commands lofty resale values due to that sterling Lexus reputation.
Offering either front- or all-wheel drive, the RX 350 dates back to 2007, when it was introduced as a continuation of the RX 330. It has received significant upgrades in cabin technology over the years, but a generous standard features list and excellent build quality are a given with any Lexus RX 350. Unless you need the versatility of a third-row seat, this Lexus is likely to be a compelling proposition.

Nice, but some really dumb designs - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By Disappointed - December 7 - 12:33 pmI have had my Lexus for 9 mos. amd 9000 mi. Its a nice car but some things are terribly designed. The nav system is wonderful at a stop, but when you are moving, its useless. Even using the voice activation, it only functions with about 10% of its capability. If you are driving on the hwy and want a particular store or restaurant, you have to get off the road and find a place to park to find it. Useless while driving. The center console storage is poor. The lid doesnt raise far enough to allow easy access. There are 3 12v. power outlets, none easy to get to and none that stay on when the engine is turned off. Even though its a nice car, I wouldnt buy it again because of these faults.

Lexus RX 350 Lover - 2015 Lexus RX 350
By C. M. - November 17 - 12:39 amI absolutely LOVE this vehicle! I have wanted one for a number of years. The only thing I would love to have is the reverse camera guidelines. The mouse took a little getting used to, but I got it in a few days. The exterior and interior are gorgeous. Love that it is a 3.5L engine. Just the right amount of HP. I absolutely LOVE this SUV!!!

Not so much fun to drive - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By SUV_owner - October 27 - 2:53 pmThis is an overall good SUV, mid-sized, practical and reasonably priced. Handling of RX 350 is OK and it has a very comfortable and quiet ride. Navigation is good, I havent seen real-traffic info in action. Mileage stays around 21 city/hwy combined. Biggest hassle is to go through all the manuals, there is a 500-page thick manual just for Nav. Otherwise, we like it so far.

Best Yet - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By R.S. - October 24 - 3:10 pmExcellent ride and interior comfort. Great attention to detail as only Lexus can provide. Good road feel and you feel in command of the car. Far advanced from the 2001 Lexus we owned.

Former BMW owner - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By betulikit - October 21 - 11:16 amWe became tired of BMW service costs and issues and this is our first Lexus. So far, so good and this is an excellent vehicle. I wish the standard radio was a little better, but this is a minor issue and fit and finish on the vehicle are exceptional along with handling and ride. It is my wifes new car replacing 10 years of BMW 5 series wagons.

Still the best in its class - 2017 Lexus RX 350
By Happy Lease Customer - October 4 - 7:36 amAfter years of waiting for a same size Vehicle to dethrone the Lexus RX, I gave up looking. The Lexus RX is and has always been the best all around ride in its class from the very first day it arrived here. Comfort & Safety & Handling were always its best points and now it looks great too. Highly recommended. Ive driven from New York to Florida in this Lexus and I would never drive anything else. Just try to get anything close to this machine for the price? Impossible.

Overall the Perfect Family Vehicle - 2007 Lexus RX 350
By griffintish - October 3 - 10:56 pmPerfect car to get from point A to point B. I wouldnt necessarily call it "fun to drive" but it definitely has some power underneath the hood. Interior quality is very good, and the standard power lift-gate is very convenient. Only major complaint is the standard sound system, its not bad but definently not for an audiophile, and the Mark Levinson package is really pricey.

Who allowed this electronics interface to be released??? - 2015 Lexus RX 350
By whomp - September 26 - 2:53 pmOver my driving life, Ive owned more than 30 cars of many different makes and models. Ive spent my 20 year career in technology. I enjoy cars and I love tech and am tech savvy. This car, by far, has the absolute worst electronics interface Ive ever seen. I had read it was bad, but with my experience thought, how bad can it really be? Well, its awful... Im frankly dumbfounded. Toyota is known for being overly intrusive / nannyish, but this is absurd. There arent preset buttons to change the station, just steering wheel controls. It always want to show the map and overlay other info (but only for a little while). In short, it kind of ruins what is otherwise a really great car.

Gotta have it! - 2008 Lexus RX 350
By dalion - September 24 - 12:26 pmThe ride is very smooth and comfortable. The mirrors are large and make blind spots disappear. The backup camera is incredible. The features available with the navigation make life easier.

Poor redesign of rear entry/exit - 2017 Lexus RX 350
By Nathan - September 21 - 3:40 pmIn an effort to have floating roof line, the designers failed to notice the passenger comfort and safety as they exit the vehicle. Not so much getting in, but one gets out without paying attention to the roof line, you could most certainly get hit at the temple if you dont lean forward as you get out ...... Its disappointing to see this from Lexus, not to mention their interior is cluttered with too many types of cheap materials and finishes, which does not flow well. Gives a very clumsy finish. If not, I would have bought it. I liked the BMW X5 interior, but with all their reliability issues, Ive settled with Porsche Cayenne.
