A two-tone gray interior color scheme is also new, and metallic interior accents replace last year's wood grain accents.

  Will never buy another Kia - 2004 Kia Sorento

  Bought my 2004 Kia Sorento used in July 09. Had the bolt drop off three times, since. First two, it was under warranty. Shortly after the second fix by Sports Auto World in Bourne, it developed a new symptom, a burning smell. Took the car to the dealer, he was gone. (along with $1500 for an extended warranty that he never bought) Executive Kia, in New Bedford, MA took it in, and now, it was the Main Gasket?? I asked about the bolt issue, they assured me it was "fine." It died 3 days later. They claim they didnt touch it. Not under warranty. Too bad. I havent even had the car a full year! Replacing Bolt repeatedly is not reasonable expense.

  I bought this car used with 50k miles. I had issues within the first week and Precision made me take it to Kia (warranty) and they said we were good. Then it has been down hill. Headlights go out constantly, 4wheel drive constantly on (when the switch is off) check engine light and airbag light is constantly on. I have put money in this car that I dont have and the last time I took it in there were 6 new recalls within it. I will never by a Kia again. The worst part is the trade in value is not good either. So instead of paying this off and using it I will have to get another vehicle and continue making payments. I am stressed driving this car especially with my kids in it.

  We are very happy with our sorento. It is way comfortable and sporty. We researched most suvs in the class and the sorento kicks all other manufacturers butt. The warranty is awesome.

  I bought my 2003 Sorento EX 4WD 4dr in June of last year after researching it for about 6 months. This is my first SUV and I love it. I really bought it for myself but my wife has taken over it.I drive it about once a week. I love the sound of the exhaust. It makes you feel like you are driving a real truck instead of some tall wagon. The only bad thing I can say is that Im sorry I dont have two. By the way, we have over 25,000 miles on it without a single complaint. I can say that most of the Car Magazines do not give it enough credit for being such an outstanding SUV.

  The Sorento has it all as far as Im concerned. For the money, you will never find another vehicle with the amount of equipment that this has. Combined with the warranty, you would be absolutely insane to consider another SUV in this class.

  Little compared to a Pathfinder or Escalade, etc (4x4 World), but overall fun and easy to drive and dart around town. Simple to park too. A bit plain in appearance but stylish enough to be modern. The warrenty cant be beat. The total package is cheaper then the competition (cmon Leather, all time 4WD, even Radio Controls for crying out loud!). Safety is a factor, 6 air bags ensure it! I have to put a 5 in Build Quality and Reliability, with it being new I cant honestly judge it. Yet. Not bad for a Korean manufacture, now if only my Samsung TV was just as solid.

  I to was just going to test drive, but went straight home. I get second looks asking what is that. The only problem is not good on gas. A did not come with floor mats. Love it.

  Whats not to like? The only option my EX has is ABS. Great sterio, great alloy wheels, 65k mile Michelin tires, the best warranty of any like SUV. Great looks(Lexus eat you heart out), great colors and two tone match up, good ground clearance, could have better gas milage but the V-6 is needed to tow 3500 pounds. Im not a fake wood kind of guy, but there isnt that much. All around great SUV. Oh yeah, NHTSB 5 stars.

  great car for the price
