The LX model is now available with a sport package that includes a new five-speed manual transmission, side step bars, Michelin tires, alloy wheels, roof rack, leather-wrapped steering wheel and keyless entry. A two-tone gray interior color scheme is also new, and metallic interior accents replace last year's wood grain accents.

  I have has my sorento for over a year and I am in love. I love the way it looks and drives. I get so many compliments on it. I have just enough room for my busy life with a toddler. The other day, I had a buggy full of groceries, two ficus trees, a stroller, and so much more in the car and still had plenty of room. However, as a young mother, Im still a little sporty. This car was the best choice for me and my family.

  Battery went dead in one year. Cargo cover started to fray. Both were replaced under warranty without question. Very Happy

  The Kia Sorento is a wonderful car. I am so pleased with my Kia....I would buy another one in a heart-beat! It handles great, it looks wonderful, its great on gas, its sooooo big on the inside....its extremely comfortable for my passengers and for me......what else could you ask for.

  Bought my Sorento brand new in 2004. Did my homework before I purchased it and people seemed to like it - at that time. Ive had it for 6 years now and Ive had to buy a new battery every year for 5 years because the factory installed CD (which was replaced twice) was using up all the juice. Ive had to replace tail lights every year. The last 6 months, Ive shelled out over $500 because of coolant reservoir leaks, after I paid off the dang thing.

  Hi! I Love my Kia. My problem is The last two times I filled the gas tank.. 1st time it didnt even registar that I put $40. of gas in it the 2nd time it took forever for it to register $30 of gas 3rd time filled fine but while sitting at an idle I went from 3/4 tank to 0 and slowly went back up to 3/4 dropped a little and back up again it is really strange. Has anyone any info one this problem?

  I have had my Kia for 2 1/2 years, went from an Expedition to the Sorento. Wasnt sure at first, but it has been nothing but good to me. I get compliments all the time, have not had one problem, and when it is time to purchase a new vehicle, it will be a Kia. The only thing I dont like is the lack of room in the back seat. I even get a free oil change on the anniversary of my purchase. Overall, it is worth every penny!

  I did much research on SUVs before going and trying out the Sorento, It is far and away the best deal on the market. When you drive it, the solidness is evident. I have recommended this car to my friends.

  Look at some of the awards this guy has gotten and you get a feel for the content. KIA uses the same high quality components as the big boys. Borg Warner, Eaton, Bosch,etc. Suspension tuned by Porsche. Carbon fiber differential. One magazine has the 0-60 times at 8.23 seconds in their own tests. They think the stated horespower is artificially low. Plus the styling.
