The LX model is now available with a sport package that includes a new five-speed manual transmission, side step bars, Michelin tires, alloy wheels, roof rack, leather-wrapped steering wheel and keyless entry. A two-tone gray interior color scheme is also new, and metallic interior accents replace last year's wood grain accents.

  Had my Sorento since January and had to travel between NY and NC several times and love my Kia. It is comfortable and has the power I was looking for in an SUV. Feels solid and rides smooth for highway driving yet fun to do off roading also. Highley recommend looking at this SUV if you dont mind the gas mileage is the only draw back.

  We purchased a low end 2003 Kia Sorento 3/03. We loved it! The interior design is what I would have expected on more expensive SUVs. Lots of bells and whistles on the basic Kia. Sunglass holder, DVD, lots of cup holders, electronic outlets in FRONT, BACK & REAR! Lots of storage compartments, etc. We are so in love w\the Kia Sorento that in 2/04 we upgraded to a 2004 4WD model w\ sunroof, DVD, more storage, electronics plugs, & fabric floor mats just to name a few perks. And, this car kicks butt on the highway w\major get up & go!

  My wife drives this vehicle to work as a home health care worker. She has to get to work and wthe Sorento so far has been a pleasure for me because I have peace of mind that in all kinds of weather she is able to get there. We also purchased land in the mountains of PA and intend to move there in the next few years. With the warranty on the vehicle we dont have to worry about expensive repair bills if something should go wrong with the vehicle; but I do not expect any problems.

  Handling fits todays driving. Storage is a extra value. Styling is among the high end models. Kia Sorento is a friendly user vehicle with extras beyond expection. This Kia has changed me even after owning 6 Cadillacs. If the service is as impressive as the vehicle, I will buy another. Thanks, Billy Moorer

  I really enjoy driving my Sorento, the interior and sound system are great. Gas mileage is better then I expected, and the roomy interior can sit 5 adults. There is ample interior storage space and pockets. Great SUV. Minor problems

  I have had my Sorento since November 2002 and I absolutely love it! I love the fact that it looks like some of the high-end SUVs but doesnt break my bank! The only improvement I wish I could get is the gas mileage, Im getting about 18 miles/gallon. But overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! And with the 10 year warranty, I plan to drive this car forever!

  My wife and I were skeptical at first before the test drive. We really liked the styling, comfort and standard features that cost a lot more on other similar SUVs. Safety was a big decision criteria too. We have put 14,000 miles on it and loved every mile. It is very quiet, powerful and no problems or issues - just smiles!

  we bought this car a year ago and have had a lot of fun with it. had a little trouble with the brake rotors - took it in and the dealer replaced the rotors at no charge, with a smile. it was a great experience.
