The LX model is now available with a sport package that includes a new five-speed manual transmission, side step bars, Michelin tires, alloy wheels, roof rack, leather-wrapped steering wheel and keyless entry. A two-tone gray interior color scheme is also new, and metallic interior accents replace last year's wood grain accents.

Kia Problem - 2004 Kia Sorento
By LazerJ - October 19 - 2:00 amBought the KIA Sorento two weeks ago. Have less than 700 miles on it. It is in service to have the whole rear axle, differential and housing replaced. The rear differential was half full of old fluid and metal fragments. This produced a h*ll of a vibration. The axle housing is going to KIA for analysis. No problems with the dealer. They have been very nice, but problems definitely with the vehicle. Hope this is not a prediction of things to come.

By carl & mary - October 19 - 2:00 amWe needed a larger 4x4 than our 2003 toyota RAV4. WE looked at every larger model including Ford, Chevy., Dodge and Toyota. After driving all of the others we settled for the Kia. It drives very well and is most comfortable. The features for the price makes it a very good buy. We have two friends that already own the Sorento, and they are very happy with theirs.

By ka ka ka KIA! - July 31 - 2:00 amDrive the rest, then go drive the "Sorento" (a coastal city in Italy) with the exception of gas mileage (because of the gear ratio) there is no question which vehicle looks best inside & out! It is fun to drive, but I cannot rate reliability for its too new, but based on the quality I see and feel, I gave it a "9", plus its got 10yr/100000 warranty to the original owner, 60000 if you transfer warranty to a second owner.
