  Like the vehicle, one thing really "bugs" me. You cannot read any of the computer readouts, mileage, gas used, averages, etc.. during day time. Figures are in dark red on a black background impossible for anyone to read.I would spend a few dollars to have this corrected if I could have it done. On a trip you cannot just glance down and see how far you have driven.

  Bought in March 2010 and have 16,000 miles on so far. Have no regrets with this car so far. Rides rough but is quiet. Best value for a vehicle that has Nav, leather, dvd and awd.

  We bought the Sorento on Feb 13th for a good price. The financing options were very favorable. This is our first KIA. My wife and I are die hard honda owners but KIA has changed that. Since the vehicle is new, I cant really comment on maintenance issues. However, we bought the LX+ conv pkg and we love it. It has heated fabric seats and all the little techno stuff. Most we tested costed a lot for these features. Best Value I think for the price!!!

  We purchased our 2011 Sorento a few weeks ago. Driving conservatively, getting around 25 mpg in town. Spacious interior...husband is 64 and fits comfortably with adequate head room. Appealing looking interior & exterior. Ride not as smooth over rougher roads. Occasional rattling in rear area...not able to identify. Click sound from dashboard, behind radio when slowing down & hitting 5 mph. Dealership stated that the click noise is due to a "relay" which allows a driver to move from Drive to Reverse. The sound is a little frustrating/irritating to me but may not bother other drivers. Overall, the vehicle appears to be a great purchase.

  Noisy clanking and knocking suspension - 2011 Kia Sorento

  Nice quiet ride on smooth roads at all speeds. BAD suspension. Rattles and knocking sounds from front right side only on minor bumps.Did this from day 1 and now over 3500 miles still the same. Even a new one at dealer did the same thing. 3 attempts to fix at dealer results in "COMMON TO THIS VEHICLE"! Come on Kia lets get this fixed or its bye bye Kia forever.

  Good deal, poor fuel economy on AWD V6 - 2011 Kia Sorento

  Got a decent deal on a EX V6 AWD with sunroof and rearview camera. Good power and handling but disappointed with extra stiff ride and shocks/struts noise. Fuel economy no where near EPA estimate, getting 12- 14mpg in mainly city driving. Recommend test driving a few types (I4 vs V6 vs AWD) and monitoring fuel economy reading on odometer before buying. Make sure your comfortable with the stiff ride on rough roads.

  I have through my years bought many vehicles from compact to full size trucks. Through my travels have rented many different vehicles as well. This car is impressive, no matter how one rates it. Bought it new off the truck loaded in deep red ext./gray int. This bad boy has the ponies to get up to speed easily without killing gas mileage and hold any speed you want, with passing a breeze. The interior is stylish and easy to find any button without over-reach. This has the NAV as well and works better than my Honda Pilot and CR-V I once had. Cant say enough about this car. Do yourself a favor and test drive a SX! You can find more powerful and more expensive cars, but not more impressive.

  Great Purchase - 2011 Kia Sorento

  I love this vehicle! We purchased the 4cly. b/c we wanted to save on gas (it gets better than my Sebring!) I would get the 6cyl if you are going to tow anything though (there was a noticeable difference) We bought the LX w/ the convenience package so we saved money and still got a lot of the extra features we wanted. It drives smooth; I havent experienced any of the loud noises everyone else wrote about. I even tried to hit every pothole possible when I test drove it. It has an amazing turning radius and I could see to backup a lot better than the other vehicles we test drove (Edge,Traverse)

  Great Buy - 2011 Kia Sorento

  Love this vehicle. Have driven it about 1200 miles (city and highway). Engine has great pickup. Comfort is excellent. Very nice inside and outside styling. A little dissappointed in the city mileage. Advertised at 19 mpg and getting 15.5-16 mpg. Highway mileage is excellent at 29 mpg. Overall an outstanding vehicle. I definitely recommend it.
