Years of Reliability and Fun - 1998 Infiniti I30
By ZHorton - July 24 - 3:26 pmI bought a 98 Infiniti i30 with 80,000 miles on it from a repo lot, after doing zero research and test driving only one other vehicle. Luckily, I didnt regret this spur-of-the-moment decision, because the i30 was bulletproof for my harsh driving tendencies for 7+ years. I drove this car throughout my early 20s, oftentimes far too fast, and did nothing except change the oil and tires. Added bonus was that this car takes all Nissan parts, so the repairs I had (radiator, starter) were cheap and easy fixes. I drove this car into the ground and it was worth every penny.

The Best Bang For The Buck - 2001 Infiniti I30
By infinitely-eternal - July 24 - 2:00 amThe I30t is an exceptional vehicle from its standard features, luxed-out interior, handling, performance, elegant but sporty body design, too its price. The I30t beats its rivals with more luxury & comfort amenities, more horsepower and it costs less.

I30 I like it! - 2000 Infiniti I30
By Peacedragon - June 29 - 2:00 amThis was my first step up to this class of car. I have never been much of a performance buff, preferring comfort of ride. I wanted a Pontiac Grand Prix, but couldnt stomach the reliability ratings, so a friend pointed me towards the Japanese luxury cars. I found a great deal used and I love it. It has a great ride, and I just have to step on the gas once in a while to feel the power. Engine is sooo smooth, and the braking feels very solid. I just love the luxury/performance combination.

Can you afford it? - 2001 Infiniti I30
By bonedatt - June 11 - 7:21 amI was looking for a second vehicle for job and everyday commute and settled for the 2001 Infiniti I30. Coming from a German made 2009 VW Passat and now a 2012 VW CC Lux Plus, the expectations were already high. The 2001 I30 lived and still lives up to this expectation. The interior and exterior are beautiful. There are technologies on this vehicle that I think even the Germans can still borrow from to add to some of their "future" vehicles :-). Dont get me wrong, German engineering is still up there but this car holds its own. The question potential buyers of this vehicle may want to ask themselves is "can you afford this"?. I dont mean the buying price, but the cost of maintenance.

The Best Value - 1999 Infiniti I30
By DesmoInfiniti - April 25 - 6:36 amI bought this car as a my daily driver w/121K miles on it. I put around 15K miles in a year and half. The car drives quiet and smooth. There are all kinds of luxury options that are standard in this car. Everyday I find some new cool feature about this. If youre in the used car market, this is the car. The package you get for the avg. sale price on this car is incredible.

Pretty good for the money - 2000 Infiniti I30
By tiff - April 7 - 9:00 pmI bought this car for $6500 it has been a pretty good car, i have had to make a few repairs as soon as i topped 100k, such as a new starter, alternator, O2 censor, battery, brakes, spark plugs and wires, headlights, fuses, cv axle, that may seem like a lot but at 100k things are bout ready to be changed out, and a really good thing about this model is that is has a timing chain instead of a belt, which makes it a much easier fix.
