This is one great car. ive had nissan maxima and bmw 530i.. this is yet the best car i have droven. sure it cant compare to bmw on the performance but for the price of one 530i i can buy 2 XG350L!!! so far i have not taken this car to service. everything is great so far, except it eats too much gas. in conclusion, hyundai has turned their bad reputation of 80s into better. hope to see them become next honda or toyota

I enjoy my car, and would recomend it to anyone regardless of price you get a lot more bang for the buck. Haggle with your dealer. Pay no more that $19,000 for a new one.

This vehicle is great. Other than a little rattle in the sun roof that was quicky adjusted by the dealer no problems at all. A dream to take a trip in.

  • Great Car at a Great Price - 2005 Hyundai XG350

Ive owned this car for several months and absolutely love it. I test drove so many "high end" cars which were nice but the price tag was just too high! This car has a luxury feel without hurting my bank acct.

  • Wonderful Value - 2004 Hyundai XG350

We bought one (04) for my wife over 2 years ago. In 50K, 1 issue - resistor for the fan speed. Hyundai dealer fixed it under warranty even though we didnt buy the car there. Unreal value - pretty much every option you can ask for. Very easy to drive and you feel great after a long trip. Solid build quality - feels like it is built like a tank. I liked it so much I just bought one for myself - another 04. My commute is 100 miles round trip and it is actually enjoyable in this car. Sure beats paying crazy money for an Accord or Camry.

This is my second Hyundai, my first was an 01 Hyundai XG300 that had 103,000 miles on it. My 04 Hyundai XG350L has 15,000 on it already since June of this year and absolutly no trouble so far. No mechanical trouble, no cosmetic trouble, only just routine oil changes and tire rotations. The car is quick to accelorate to get out into traffic. It has a smooth and comfortable ride comporable to some high-end luxury cars I have been in. When I trade this one in @ 100,000 miles Ill buy another Hyundai XG model.

  • What a Pleasant Surprise - 2004 Hyundai XG350

After pricing new & used cars, we Test drove the XG - we couldnt believe it! The XG was equal to anything for far less $$$. The Warranty backs up their claims - havent had to use it yet. The interior is equal to the best available (Audi A6), we now compare the others to the XG. The engine feels very strong & braking is great. All the Safety features - 4 wheel ABS,Traction Control, even Side Airbags.Dont believe Edmunds Editor Review - JD Powers Rating (10/04) puts Hyundai #2 behind Lexus, guess where all the other high priced cars were !! Highly recommend this car - you wont believe what your getting. Quality Quality Quality How do they do it ?

  • Warranty Is Worthless - 2002 Hyundai XG350
    By -

I had a problem at 3200 miles resulting in excessive tire wear. The dealer refused to check the alignment. I took it to a local tire dealer who showed me feathering on all four tires. I payed for an alignment and called Hyundai USA the next day. Hyundai promised to reimburse me for the alignment. In the interim Michelin offered to replace all four tires for 30% of retail. Hyundai USA promised to investigate the tire wear. Two months later Hyundai refused to pay for the alignment or tires. Dont buy this car if you are counting on the warranty being a positive feature.

  • Too Much Trouble - 2002 Hyundai XG350

I bought this car becasue it had a good rating and it was much less expensive than a Toyota Camray or a Honda Accord and was very well equipped for the money. It has a quiet and very smooth ride at the expense of handling. I have had nothing but serious pronblems with the car including replacing the transmission twice! The tires lasted less than 35K miles and the front brakes and rotors had to be replaced at 55K miles. The rotors were warped and the dealer would not turn them on warranty. It cost $815 to have the timing belt and serpentine belt replaced which must be done at 60K miles to keep the warranty. I had to replace the battery after 2 years and 1 month!

  • Pleasant surprise - 2005 Hyundai XG350

We are very pleased with our purchase. The one thing that is a negative is the digital gauges are difficult to read in the daytime. Also I would add a compass to the computer. The ride is smooth and comfortable, and the response is good. I would buy another and tell my friends how much my wife and I both enjoy it.
