I bought mine in July 07. I bought the lowest model because I had some doubts about the maker. But Im very very pleased with this car with 15000 on odo. No problemo. Doing about 19.5mpg mostly in the city. The only regret is that I..We (actually my wifes car) didnt buy higher model. We should have bought at least the SE. We test drove all and yes, ALL suv and cuv in the similar class and it came down to VC and Highlander. Highlander was a nice suv also but we have no regrets whatsoever about choosing VC. Those who are in the market, I highly recommend VCruz. Test drive and see for yourselves. I cant wait to trade for higher model.

I have owned Toyotas for the last 3 vehicles and could not believe I would ever own a Hyundai, but it is awesome. Extremely please with everything about it. It is truly as well built as my Toyota Sienna that I traded for the Veracruz!!

We purchased the vehicle new in July 06. We bought the GLS FWD. Weve loved the vehicle. We average about 18mpg overall. On our summer vacation to Hilton Head, weve averaged over 25 with 7 people and luggage. Only issue weve had is were on the 3rd battery. Second one was replaced free, 3rd one, I paid for 1/2. Didnt like that. Battery should last longer than that. Weve got 40,000 miles on it. Still have the original tires. Lots of room. Handles great.

I purchased this vehicle in the FWD Model and not the AWD version. It is horrible in the snow, I had other FWDs and they blew this vehicle away. It gets stuck with just a dusting of snow. It also hydroplanes on the Interstate with just a little rain. The divers side window would not go up and had to go abck to dealership to correct the problem. The brake rotors had to be ground down to get rid of the shimming when the brakes were applied. I am very disappointed at the 29,000 dollar vehicle. i am getting rid of it to get something I can feel safe driving.

So far so Good ,Car looks good inside and out. Quiet ride. The Veracruz has flavor. The controls are easy to use. The steering wheel audio controls are good. Something when making a turn my hand hits the mute button. The Infinity sound system is flawless.Veracruz handles well in city and on the highway. City mpg 15 highway 21. Own car for a month everyone is looking and asking questions about the car.People are surprise that this a Hyundai.Third row seating worked well with my adult childern 57-510 on our 3hr trip.

So far (only 1000 miles on my VC) and Im extremely pleased. The ride is great. The a/c cools quickly. The sound system is great. The seats are very comfortble. We purchased a limited w/ ultimate package and one of my favorite features is the adjustable pedals/steering column. Seating for 7 is comfortable no matter which seat you are in. Exterior is very nice. Definitely a classy looking vehicle. So far mpg has averaged 19.9, I hope this will improve a little after the break in time.

We just picked up a Veracruz the other day and what a beautiful vehicle. During the first test drive I was shocked at the smooth ride and quality, very impressed with what they have done in the crossover segment. Considered a minivan but this drove so much nicer. When the truck is running you cant even tell, no noise or vibration whatsoever. This is the base model and it has everything you will need and then some. AWD, 3rd row seats, 18/25 mpg, 5 star safety rating, rear heat and a/c, fabulous exterior and interior design, XM radio and more! Even has puddle lights. If you are in the market for a crossover you have to check this vehicle out b/c you will be amazed at what it has to offer.

Outstanding alternative for those who want seven passenger seating without having a truck feel/drive. Its as elegant as the high priced Acura and Lexus SUVs without hitting your wallet. Very roomy for 7 passengers and the amenities and fit and finish are excellent. Very quiet, smooth ride with a V6 that has good kick on the highway.

this is one fun ride talk about class all are friends cant belive we got this much car and did not have to sell a kid to make it happen.. we where the first in arkansas to buy and boy are we glad the ride is the best handles like no other and the power of the 3.8 is unreal and this thing is so quiet you cant tell its running unless you look at the tac, and i can get in the third row and fit with out getting a neck cramp, room is the key for third row seating and hyundai did it.. this is my third hyundai and the way they are going not my last if they come out with a pick-up truck look out!!!!!!

This suv turns heads. I had a guy pull along side me and ask me about it. I had a neighbor who owns a Lexus suv tell me he really like my vehicle.
