By swimmerdad - May 22 - 2:00 amWhat a SUV. Without a doubt it is the smoothest driving SUV on the market. I have had SUVs in the past that would never pass a gas station, this one will! It has all the room any family may need, and with the Honda quality it is the best. If your in the market in Virginia contact the people at Pohanka of Fredericksburg, I have never had a better purchase experience.

By smart consumer - May 22 - 2:00 amThe vehicle speaks for itself. Everything operates perfectly.Easy to operate.This vehicle replaces a 2000 Lexus RX 300. I feel the vehicle is alot more bang for the buck. The 2003 Lexus is bascily unchanged and will be a new model in 2004. I didnt want to get a car that would be outdated in six months. After shopping several dealerships and having them all trying to convince me that a discount was not going to happen. I held out and bought the Pilot w/res for a $1000.00 discount off of true MSRP and did not pay any dealer fees.

They Finally Have It - 2003 Honda Pilot
By JamesK100 - May 17 - 2:00 amEverything a suburbanites SUV should be: sure, supple, spacious and strong. I have pulled a full 5x8 UHaul trailer across the Appalachians twice on cruise control (add the tow pkg). My wife loves driving it around town. Handling is superb and I can carry a 4x8 sheet of plywood flat. Only problem is drivers left leg needs more "wiggle room" on long drives.

By blackpilot - April 10 - 2:00 amI owned an Explorer and then a Lexus RX300. After searching for a replacement for my RX 300 I came across the Pilot. My must important criteria was handling, safety, space and relaibility. I thought that going from a Lexus to Honda would be a step down, but I was wrong! Excellent vehicle. Same as the MDX for 6k discount!

Only one complaint - 2003 Honda Pilot
By BrianCA1@aol.com - March 5 - 10:00 amI have now owned the Pilot for a month and put 1,000 miles on it. It is the most enjoyable car for town or long distance driving. I tested every 4 wheel drive over a one year period and found this to be the best all round. It was the only vehicle my dog did not puke in, which tells you something about the stable ride. It averages 18.3 miles per gallon overall.

Worth The Wait - 2003 Honda Pilot
By abl729 - March 5 - 10:00 amI was at Honda looking at the Odessey. My heart was not into the "minivan scene", and fortunately for me, the sales manager told me about the upcoming Pilot. My wife and I waited a few months, and all I can say is "THANK G-D FOR THAT" Its a great vehicle! It rides like a car, its roomy and really comfortable. So far, we love it! People have stopped us on the road, in gas stations and parking lots just to take a look and get our thoughts. Its fun to be in something "brand new". Everyone and their grandma are riding in the Explorer these days! Honda strikes again!
