  New Pilot meets almost everyone of our needs. The Entertainment System is second to none and those long trips with kids arent so long anymore. Besides the well thought out interior, Im most impressed with the traction performance in snow. The AWD system performs better than my 4WD truck. Im sold on the AWD system that Honda has developed. Being from Minnesota, I thought there was nothing better than 4WD. Well, Hondas AWD system is one step better.

  I got this for my wife. Weve had it for almost a month now. Were getting around 15mpg which is better then the 99 Blazer(13mpg) it replaced but not around the 18-20mpg I was really expecting but its mostly city driving so it still has room for improvement. We got a dealer installed DVD player but I now wished I had gotten the navigation instead and got one of those audiovox 10" aftermarket DVD by myself. My 3 kids (3yr twins and 5yr old) are so fascinated by the DVD player that sometime you have to look again to make sure we didnt forget them somewhere. We love it so much that Im seriously considering trading in my 97 Mitsu. Eclipse GS-T for one myself.

  I am very pleased with my Pilot. I looked and reviewed plenty of SUVs. And I ended up very satisfied. For the price it cant be beat. Fuel economy with beat out many of the big boys out there. The rear seat is big and comfortable for adults. Need to go shopping? This is your ride. Long Trip? This is your ride. The only problem that I had was the audio system. But Circuit city took care of that for a few hundred bucks.

  I was not in the market for a new car since all I have purchase for many years were good used cars or trucks. I went to visit my daughter and son inlaw in VA this past summer. They were interested in a Honda 2000. They dumped me at the lot while they went out riding around. I had been looking at a Toyato Rav, so I checked out the Honda CRV. Then to my suprise I found the pilot. I did a lot of research for the next couple of months and ordered one.

  After a years time Im still very happy with my Pilot. It handles so well and has a roomy interior without being cavernous. I feel I can whip around in it -- not like driving a bus or monster SUV. Very smooth ride also. Two people who drove my Pilot bought one.

  I love my Pilot. It has the quality,comfort,style and is so much fun and easy to drive. I also like the space. I found while looking the leg room was limited in other SUVs we are a tall family and sitting in the back is no problem.

  The car in general is great, especially if you get all the upgrades and only chose the Saddle color for the interior. The leather will as I have seen in many 03 pilots lose its shape and have lines on the sides. The saddle color will minimize this visible lines. The Pilot is deffinitly not sound proof and you will hear the wind hit the windshield. Apart from that I really love this SUV

  Love this truck. Great safety features. Great ride. Very powerful. Someone previous mentioned problems over 70 which we did not encounter. Round trip out of state doing approx. 80 mph the whole time and was smooth as if we were doing 20mph.

  Better Than I Expected - 2004 Honda Pilot

  I initially had a problem with the fuel injection relay, but was treated with great customer service and follow- up. Since that first problem, I have experienced nothing but pleasure in owning the Pilot. I looked at the Rainer, Murano, 4Runner, XC90, Pathfinder and X5 but would not trade for any of them. It is deceptively large and roomy with sliding second row seats. The ride is extremely quiet and smooth. And, most surprisingly, it takes regular unleaded saving a ton at the pump. I purchased the vehicle because we are expecting a child and I wasnt ready for a mini-van. This was the perfect choice for me and my wife.
