Honda Pilot - 2003 Honda Pilot
By justinebum - May 20 - 10:00 amWe love this SUV. Its a great "Moms Taxi." A perfect alternative to a mini van. When we firt got the Pilot, I was on I-4 going 75 mph and a truck going faster than me ran me off the road. I swerved out of its way, keeing in mind I was in an SUV. I felt in control the entire time. I was not in fear of it tipping at all. I feel safe in this vehicle with my 3 boys.

Honda Pilot Excellent! - 2003 Honda Pilot
By Jennifer B - May 20 - 10:00 amWe switched from a Ford Explorer to the Honda Pilot. Performance, quality and handling is smooth and reliable. Comfort on long drives for a family of four. We took the Pilot from Florida to Canada and back through NY to Florida. Incredible on gas on long trips. I drove through heavy rain storms and it handled the road extremely well. Recommend to all.

Great Versatility - 2003 Honda Pilot
By Arroyo - May 20 - 10:00 amThe Pilot is a great family vehicle. Its very versatile and can accommodate not only people but also cargo quite well. I have had no problems with the care with the exception of the high tech keys that needed reprogramming.

Honda Pilot Review - 2003 Honda Pilot
By vjanusis - May 20 - 10:00 amBasically a good SUV. Have a few ideas to make it a better one. I like its roominess. Wish there was more room behind the 3rd row of seats; wish the vehicle was a little longer to accomodate this.

Stuck Accelerator - 2003 Honda Pilot
By glenn debell - May 14 - 2:00 amI have the all weather floor mats. After going to a commercial carwash and not realizing that they did not secure the mat to the pins the the floor. Upon entry to the vechicle I evidently moved the mat forward. Applying full throttle caused the pedal to stick open. The pins are not designed to accomodate the all weather mats. I would like to see a recall om this item.Wind noise from bug sheild is absurd!

This Is A Honda? - 2003 Honda Pilot
By jaxson5 - May 9 - 2:00 amI so wanted to love this car! But what a disappointment. Much of the blame goes to the service dept. at the dealership who scratched the ENTIRE side of my car when it was in for running board installation. This led to a trip to their body shop, which tore my car apart to repaint. Voila! I was left with a whistling windshield, ill-fitting moldings and clanky suspension noises. Back to the service dept.---> windshield still whistles, & the clanking has been replaced with a bucket-of-bolts-style clicking noise from the brakes. "Pilots are known for this" says the service guy. Lovely. To make a long story short, my Pilots for sale. Im getting a BMW.

BMW X5 eat your heart out! - 2003 Honda Pilot
By jpm - May 2 - 10:00 amIts all been said in the other reviews, this vehicle is an absolute gem. Having driven many SUVS and spent much time in various BMW X5s recently, without a shadow of doubt the Pilots powertrain puts BMWs offerings to shame. Their trannies are crude and clunky and the 3.0 is gutless by comparison.
