  • Just float along... - 2003 Honda Pilot

After test driving 6 other Hondas (CR- Vs, Accords, Element) I was lucky enough to get a super-clean "pre- owned" 2003 Pilot in March of 2006 with only 22k miles on it. Id had a Jeep Cherokee for 11 years before that, so there was a huge difference in ride comfort (long overdue!). The professional reviews are right, it drives like a luxury sedan and I dont think Ive ever been in anything more comfortable. Ill be hanging on to this one for years to come...

do not wait if you need tires,no one carrys the bridgestone tire size p235/70r/16.My pilot is sitting in the drive way waiting on a new tire which takes 3 to 5 days to get.

  • Air Compression - 2003 Honda Pilot

Im a first time Suv owner and I love it. The only problem I have with my Pilot is that when you open the rear windows and close the front windows the outside air is compressed in the vehicle causing a sharp pain to your ears. Its worse than the popping feeling of an airplane. I wonder if other Pilot owners have experienced this. I have also expierenced that when you go over a bump you feel it. Its not a smooth ride when it comes to bumps in the city (NYC).

Flawless, absolutely no trouble vehicle for last 18 months since purchase. Very smooth and comfortable highway cruiser. Would have liked the option of factory heated seats and a power passenger seat as well as a sun-roof option. Did not need or ever use the third-row seating - it shouldve been an option

  • Saved me from the Mini-Van - 2003 Honda Pilot

I had been following this SUV since Honda first announced its release earlier this year. With a growing family a larger car was a necessity. My wife wanted a Mini-Van, while I the me image conscious of us wanted something with a little more style.

This thing definitely has a nice car ride. Very cozy. I like it that darker tint is standard now. Only couple hundred miles into it so far. Got it because couldnt find an Odyssey, which we wanted due to having a 1st child. So far we are glad; can do a lot of different things with it!

Driving the pilot now for 2weeks. No problems yet. Thanks god. It is well done in and out. The ride is very comfotable and the front seats are huge.

  • New Pilot Envy of Odyssey Owners - 2003 Honda Pilot
    By -

After purchasing my Pilot last Friday, many of my Odyssey neighbors told me they wish they would have known or waited. Two of my neighbors have recently changed their plans from the Odyssey to the Pilot. With all of the seating, and 4WD, it is the best of both worlds. Minor problem. Latch for back stowage does not stay down. Will be replaced under warranty.
