Great CrossOver Vehicle - 2004 Honda Pilot
By YonipNoTolip - February 26 - 10:00 amUsed to have a Dodge G. Caravan and traded it with the 04 Pilot. No regrets!!! We love the ride & comfort. My 2 yr. old like to ride it always. Long drive??? No problem, very smooth ride, like a luxury car. I would surely recommend to anyone looking for a crossover vehicle. Never buy again Dodge vehicles they have a lot of problems.

Great SUV! - 2004 Honda Pilot
By johnaoki - January 25 - 2:00 amI just bought my 2003 Honda Pilot used with 30,000 miles on it. Traded in my 1999 Honda Odyssey. The Pilot so far is a great SUV! Fun to drive, yet it has a luxurious feel to it too, expecially with the leather interior. So far... I love my Pilot!

Thumbs Up from Bob - 2004 Honda Pilot
By Bob Bruggeman - January 25 - 2:00 amUntil I purchased the Honda Pilot, I had always been a "GM" guy. My wife is the one who wanted to purchase the Pilot. I must say it is probably the best vehicle I have ever owned. It is fun to drive and very easy to get around in traffic. I strongly recommend this vehicle to anyone who is in the market for a mid-size SUV.

Honda Pilot Initial Impression - 2004 Honda Pilot
By Piloto - January 25 - 2:00 amA quick initial review based on limited mileage: Overall todate 3350 miles, of which 2721 was a trip that netted 21.571 MPG (including I-81/I-77 VA hills). Steering is somewhat sensitive - actually twitchy if one is used to a less responsive vehicle; road noise on coarse surface roads is high (may be function of tread). Spouse finds it very comfortable.

A Perfect Match - 2004 Honda Pilot
By tpitty - January 21 - 10:00 amI found the car to be easy to handle and very user friendly-especially if you actually listen to the dealer when you are being shown the car. Our salesman (George)was very professional and did not do any of that "let me talk to my manager" bull. He fielded all questions very knowledgably and priced the car extremely competitive. We were impressed with him and are impressed with the car. You cant beat the resale or the satisfaction of reliability.

beware - 2004 Honda Pilot
By JOHN B - January 9 - 10:00 amPurchased new 4 weeks ago due to high ratings the SUV has achieved. Now it is at the dealers. They have already replaced drive shaft and are going to "try" replacing rear differential due to a bad vibration I have had since the car was new a whole 1100 miles age. I want Honda to repurchase vehicle since I will no longer feel comfortable driving it. I WANT MY 1999 CADDY BACK!!!

Solid, Good Power ... - 2004 Honda Pilot
By ajwray - December 30 - 11:57 amHaving owned over 10 new Hondas in the last decade this is easily my favorite (prior was the initial CRV). I traded in a Durango (V8) which was getting 11 MPG for the Pilot and the trade off between V8 power and the Pilot is negligible. The Pilot easily accelerates on the highway while being fairly stingy for the MPG (we get 18- 20). We also have a Liberty Sport which is a great 4x4 but this is the SUV which balances family needs, safety, and versatility all in one vehicle. Dont expect to go offroading in this SUV but we just got hit with major snow here in New England and my Pilot cuts through drifts like butter. Many other cars were stuck in the drifts but no problem w/Pilot.

I like my Pilot - 2004 Honda Pilot
By 2004 Pilot EX - December 21 - 7:23 pmI was a 20 year BMW owner and find the Pilot to be perfect family vehicle for a group with an active lifestyle. It is an easy drive, uses regular gas, very reliable and good in town and on the road. No reservations about any part of this vehicle.

Pilot of our own - 2004 Honda Pilot
By Pilot Owner - December 18 - 6:42 pmOur sixth Honda - waited for the Pilot before plunging into SUV ownership. Heated seats means my wife drives the Pilot all the time. Radio and cruise controls on steering wheel make for safer driving. Interior design results in great versatility. Weve used the third row seat maybe six times in nearly two years, and it was useful. Lots of room for two kids, two labs, and lots of gear. Wish list - curtain air bags, six disk cd.
