Buyer - 2003 Honda Pilot
By scottnjenk - February 6 - 2:00 amThis is a very well built SUV. There is plenty of power for the weight and you barely feel the transmission shift. The seats are very comfortable. Plenty of headroom. I am also pleased to find that the fuel economy is very good as advertised. 20 mpg in the city. I have driven and priced all of the competition, this is by far the best deal in a four wheel drive SUV on the market.

Goodbye Sienna - 2003 Honda Pilot
By TKevinC - January 31 - 2:00 amJust traded a 2000 Toyota Sienna. The worst vehicle ever designed by the japanese for what could be the absolute best. The Pilot is wonderful! Great power, ride, utility and comfort. Thumbs up all around. Managed to get mine for $2000 below MSRP after some SERIOUS negotiations. The dealers are definitely proud of the Pilot.

Honda does it again - 2003 Honda Pilot
By DO Ridgefield - January 26 - 10:00 amForget all your preconceived notions of Honda and test drive the Pilot before you buy any other midsize SUV. The ride, interior finish and cabin space are tops. Do your homework and youll find that no other car company offers anything close to what Hondas offering at this price. Add Hondas reputation for reliability and its a no brainer. We have two kids so we added the DVD system and its worth every penny. Honda had families in mind when they developed this SUV and they nailed it.

Pilot is great! - 2003 Honda Pilot
By Lanie - January 14 - 2:00 amI really like my Pilot, I just wish I could have had the heated front seats and exterior mirrors that were offered in Canada last year, and are now options on the EXL. Still, it is a great family vehicle.

Best SUV yet! - 2003 Honda Pilot
By Arthur - January 9 - 3:02 amWe purchased a 03 White EX-L with Gray leather 10/02 - to this day, the paint still shimmers like new, leather takes wear & tear but is flawless. This is my everyday car, 66k, no problems. Impeccable fit & finish. Extremely comfortable on a 16 hr trip. Amazing mpg, I average about 23 mpg on a tank of gas. Likes being light footed, heavy footers will suffer. Great ergonomics. Rides better than my wifes Sequoia that cost me 44k. Feels big & safe like a truck. Lots of room to spread out & huge cargo room when seats folded. Only thing done was scheduled maintenance, tires/brakes at 42k, & trans. recall. No competition, Def buying again. If its well pampered, nothing goes wrong!

Worth the Wait - 2003 Honda Pilot
By bytrain - January 6 - 10:00 amHonda hit a home run. Wed been on a waiting list for this vehicle, and it was worth the wait. Classic Honda design with lots of included bells & whistles. Feels more like a car than an SUV - smooth ride, no tippiness, and very solid.

2003 HONDA PILOT - 2003 Honda Pilot
By BARRY - December 31 - 10:00 amI CANT BELIEVE HOW HAPPY I AM WITH THIS TRUCK. I WAS DRIVING A QX-4. I WAS ON A WAITING LIST FOR AN ACURA MDX WHEN THE HONDA CAME OUT. I WAITED TWO MONTHS AND GOT A BLACK PILOT. IT IS A SMOOTH RIDE AND THE FOLD DOWN SEATS HAVE WORKED OUT REAL WELL ( THE FOLD DOWN SEATS WERE WHAT GOT ME INTERESTED IN THE FIRST PLACE). THE VEHICLE IS REALLY ROOMY AND HANDLES WELL.

Smart Buy - 2003 Honda Pilot
By RealJoy - December 14 - 10:00 amWe bought our Pilot two weeks ago and so far the driving experience has been wonderful. The Pilot drives like a car and it is very easy to handle. It is very quite even if you are driving 70- 80 mph. Pricewise, this is the best buy for an SUV that can seat eight and has the reliability and comfort. Long live Pilot!

Just float along... - 2003 Honda Pilot
By Hondalvr - December 11 - 10:21 pmAfter test driving 6 other Hondas (CR- Vs, Accords, Element) I was lucky enough to get a super-clean "pre- owned" 2003 Pilot in March of 2006 with only 22k miles on it. Id had a Jeep Cherokee for 11 years before that, so there was a huge difference in ride comfort (long overdue!). The professional reviews are right, it drives like a luxury sedan and I dont think Ive ever been in anything more comfortable. Ill be hanging on to this one for years to come...
