I Love my Pilot EXL - 2004 Honda Pilot
By smgbjl - March 11 - 10:00 amThe BEST SUV for the price. Sticker says 22mph highway...no way....Im getting 27mpg! Ride comfort is excellent! Does not ride like a truck like my old explorer did. Visiblity excellent...pleanty of wide open windows...makes for easy parking and loading. Only wish...Honda would have had this out when I got the Explorer!

2004 Honda Pilot - 2004 Honda Pilot
By opircam - March 6 - 10:00 amAfter doing extensive research to purchase a new SUV, we finally settled on the Honda Pilot and have not been disappointed in any way. It is roomy, for up to six persons (two children) and has the power to travel the colorado mountains without difficulty. I would recommend it for anyone, small family or large, who are active.

120000 miles now. - 2004 Honda Pilot
By david A - March 6 - 10:00 amI purchased this SUV on 08/01/2002, based on reviews from the internet. This is my first Honda. Im a Sales Engineer and travel appx. 60,000/yr. The Honda has 125,000 miles. In terms of standard maintenance (oil, trans, tires, timing belt, etc.), over the two year period, I have spent $5361.45. This is slightly more that my 2WD Pathfinder. The difference between the Pilot and the Pathfinder is the maintenance required for the AWD. I have had NO BREAKDOWNS. Despite the mileage, I feel very confident driving this SUV

Dont Think Twice, Its All Right - 2004 Honda Pilot
By FBK - March 3 - 8:16 amMy end of my lease is nearing. I am unbelievably letting go of my 04 Pilot w/Nav. A tremendous performer on wet, ice, snow, and the occasional stretches of smooth pavement I manage to come across. Reliable to a fault. Predictable and reasonable gas mileage. A great performer on the long haul. More usable space than anything else in its class. Carries an overwhelming amount of cargo. Nothing ever broke. Not even the smallest thing. m replacing it with the 08 Pilot. A no brainer.

Still love my Pilot after 6 months - 2004 Honda Pilot
By misswater - February 12 - 5:36 pmThis is a great SUV, more comfortable than 2004 Toyota Highlander. I made right choice.

great engineering - 2004 Honda Pilot
By dykhuis - February 10 - 7:33 amThe fit and finish is the best of any SUV/Van I have owned. There are no rattles and squeeks. Lots of interior flexibility/space for large or small families. Sharp turning radius comes in handy for tight parking spots. Climbs over hills/mountains effortlessly with 255 HP engine.

Reliability at its finest - 2004 Honda Pilot
By lcdrstar - February 2 - 2:00 amSeats are very comfortable with an abundance of room. A friend who purchased an Expedition because of its size mentioned he was having second thoughts once he sat in the Pilot. It is running strong with just an oil change, making it 8 shop visits better than my all but forgotten 1999 Chevy Blazer in its first year of life.
