Almost bought a 2004 Sienna XLE LTD AWD but ended up with a Slate Green (more like silver blue) Touring with NAV/RES. Drives/handles very well and smoothly, yet sporty. Transmission is solid authority without up/down searching and hesitation. Surprising amount of oompf for a very chubby/hefty minivan. Interior is no nonsense Honda spartan, but elegant, comfortable and super quiet. Feels/Drives with wide solid stance. PAX tires takes the bumps a bit harsher than the regular tires, but not disturbing. Cant hear the VCM and no wind noise. Rumpled leather not a favorite, but seats provide good support. Be warned-"coin box" is just an open drawer. Concerned about PAX support still.

We were looking at the MPV and Sienna, but decided to look at the Odyssey. It is true, this is the best minivan there is! My wife loves this car. The safety, performance, and features cannot be matched. The EX model is definately worth the upgrade.

This minivan or should i say luxury vehicle is unbelievable.... My wife and kids love it.... It handles like a sports car and a luxury vehicle all in one... I still cant believe its a minivan... Honda did an incredible job with this vehicle... I highly recommend it to any family in the market for a new minivan....

Quieter cabin, better fuel economy... ALL LIES!! After only 18k miles, Im selling it. The road noise is unbearable. Apparently, the ECO thing doesnt work, causes a major droning noise at 65 mph. Fuel economy is 16/24 at best. I will never buy another honda van. The navigation doesnt give accurate travel times, all of which are based on an avg. speed of 60 mph!!! Then, one day, the A/C stopped working. I bring it to the dealer. Before even looking at it, the mechanic says "I hope it is not a rock in the condenser." When on the lift, it was the condenser. Extremely poor design. The gaps in the grill are so big, it is insane. Look at German cars, even the economy ones like jettas.

  • Better than all the rest - 2005 Honda Odyssey

I drove Toyota, Nissan, Chrysler, Ford, and Honda. I chose the Odyssey based on performance and price. The only problem I had is I had to wait 100 days for delivery after purchase.

The thought and planning that went into building the 2005 Honda Odyssey just staggers the imagination. The van is so well thought out with the consumer in mind. Conveniences are everywhere. The comfort of the driver and passengers is an obvious essential criteria for the designers.

  • New Van - 2005 Honda Odyssey

Weve had the van for almost 3000 miles and love it. On a recent 1200 mile trip, we averaged 24 mpg with AC on all the time and travelling a good bit over the speed limit. RPMs at 75 mpg were just under 2K - we cruised along with no problems. The kids were very comfortable in the the second row of captains chairs and the little one fit well in her car seat in the last row with 1/3 of the split bench folded into the floor. There was plenty of room for all our gear. Around town, my wife averages 20 mpg and loves the van - it is very easy to drive, has good site lines, and a better turning radius than my Porsche! The new styling makes it very appealling. Great vehicle for the family.

  • Lots of room - 2005 Honda Odyssey

For anyone that needs room, this is the vehicle. I am 66" and I find the van very comfortable.

  • Great Minivan - 2005 Honda Odyssey

It is built with practicality and safety in mind (fold down seats, grocery bag hooks, lazy susan in floor, wiper speeds, backup sensors, run flat tires) and is easy to drive and looks great!

  • The greatest minivan ever! - 2005 Honda Odyssey

This was love at 1st sight. Its the most comfortable minivan we testdrove, with the best design of space. The ride is VERY comfortable. The vehicle is simply beautiful inside, with plenty of storage bins and smart rear seat folding.
