  Overall the van is nice, but I miss all the creature comforts that come on domestic vehicles, like outside air temp, compass, day time running lights, automatic headlights & auto dimming rear view mirror. Road noise is also very bad. No tow package available except through dealer & they want $1000 to install. Any domestic vehicle I have ever ordered it on, was never more than $300-$400.

  I am a mom of 4 including twin boys, the van was a gift from my husband. The kids love the van the automatic doors are great with the press of a button when moms hands are full. Leather seats with heat make it nice for mom. Also surround sound DVD with headphones for the kids while mom can still listen to her radio! AWESOME. I have owned this van for almost 3 years, still looks runs great. Another great feature with the electic doors is while putting gas in one day my youngest son attempted to open the door where I was putting gas, before I could yell, the door sounded and didnt move!Great Thinking Honda! Saved a mess and dent! I would buy another Honda any day!

  At 14000 miles we are generally very pleased with the van. The ride is smooth, reasonably good mileage for a van this size and performance has been very good. Excellent storage capacity for a minivan. We have no regrets in the fact we purchased this van over several other makes we researched and test drove. However, after seeing the 2005 models I wished we had waited as they have made several nice feature improvements in the 2005 especially internally. Also like the 2005 exterior styling as something different from thesame old same old style. If the van continues to perform as currently we will trade for another in the future.

  The Van performes flawless and is fun to drive. The 5 speed transmission was replaced and recalled one time for improvement. The only annoyance is the wind noise with side wind and driving @ 70mph when air enters through the drivers side window.

  Excellent engine/transmission. Very smooth ride. Drives like a car. Interior room huge and versatile. We have the DVD system with wireless headphones which works flawlessly. Build quality is very good and the van feels solid. Will definitely consider buying a 3rd generation ody in a few years.

  The odyssey is a great vehicle. Has plenty of power and manueverability. Honda should come out with better prices on its entertainment systems because they are way overpriced compared to what is on the market.

  Odyssey is the King of the Class: Familyroom sedans. It has way more power than it needs unless you have a boat or travel trailer. For most of us thats not an issue, and wed love to trade 50 hp for 5 more MPGs! The Odyssey has great road feel, decent cornering, and will stop quickly enough. The TCS (Traction Control System) adds fractionally to road holding on bad roads but not nearly as much as either rear wheel or four wheel drive would. The sound system is very good. The heating and cooling work well, and quietly. The new front seat only seat heaters are a nice touch. The new leather seat covers and interior is very well appointed.

  This is our 3rd Honda Odyessy. I owned a 1996 Model for 7 years, traded it in for a 2003, which I wrecked (oops) and traded it in for a 2004, which I LOVE! Rides great, has plenty of room and excellent gas milage. I am a BIG fan of Hondas. I also owned a 94 Accord...

  First off I LOVE Honda. Secondly if you want a car that is excellent for the family then the Odyssey is for you. You can pop in the kids favorite DVD and they can listen to it on the included Infrared headphones, while you and your significant other listen to your favorite music and talk. AWESOME CAR fun to drive. Believe me I know I have a 2 year old son who falls asleep when in this car, and a 10 year old step- daugther who likes watching her fave movies. The car also has a game console intergration system that you can play on the DVD screen. AWESOME for any tech family who enjoy driving. I love my Odyssey and will forever praise the HONDA name.
