- Impressively versatile interior, optional all-wheel drive, smooth four-cylinder engine, styled as if out of a Japanese animation movie.
- Only seats four, clamshell doors hinder entry/exit for rear-seat passengers.

Love my E! - 2004 Honda Element
By louise in texas - December 29 - 2:00 amI love my Element. The ONLY thing I would change if I could is the gas mileage, which for my automatic transmission averages around 20 mpg in the city. But I wouldnt trade it for anything, and 20 mpg is better than my previous American sedans ever got!

element - 2004 Honda Element
By lbiltz - October 4 - 2:00 amIt is the perfect car for me. I have 2 large dogs, greyhounds, that fit perfectly with the seat backs folded down. Also, I am a horticulturist that sometimes need to carry plants, equipment and mulch. All of which fit very well in the back with the seats folded up along the sides. There are plenty of tie-downs so that things arent moving around, and everything cleans up very nicely. Its worked out just perfectly!!

2004 Honda element - 2004 Honda Element
By bguil1 - September 30 - 10:00 amThe Element is a very utilitarian vehicle. We are not gen Yers, but it appeals to us.We are mid 30s with one child and it suits us just right.Excellent fit and finish.Typical Honda quality and reliability.Ease of cleaning. One drawback is not knowing what to call it.Its not a car although rides like one.Its not a truck not too much towing capacity. Its not really an SUV either.Overall we love it.

element 2003 - 2004 Honda Element
By LKM - September 30 - 10:00 amI love my Honda Element! It is fun to drive, drives smoothly and I love the openness from the drivers seat. It is great for kids because you can wipe up anything spilled on the floors or seats. It is so roomy and spacious! I can drive it around as the family car, or use it to haul furniture (large items). I love it!!

By Marie Edwards - September 23 - 10:00 amI am a 60 year old woman and lOVE my Element! We drive it to our mountain home, 175 miles away, EVERY weekend. The only thing I hate about it is that there is no arm rest on the passenger side. What nimcoompe designed it that way?
