Model Overview:

Sold from 2003-'11, the Honda Element compact crossover SUV remains one of the most distinctive and practical vehicles on the road. Happy Element owners are often city dwellers who appreciate both its small size and generous 75-cubic-foot maximum cargo capacity. Another notable element about the Element is the ability of its access-style rear doors to pivot backward a full 90 degrees, providing unimpeded access to the roomy and creatively configurable rear seats.

A used Element of any vintage is easy to recommend thanks to its functional interior, smooth four-cylinder engine and carlike handling, not to mention Honda's reputation for reliability. That said, it's worthwhile to focus your search on 2007 and newer models, as they offer a bit more power and enhanced safety features.

Im a 22-year old male college student and thats the target buyer that Honda wanted for the Element. I traded in my 2002 Civic EX for the Element. I absolutely love this car! I get a lot of attention on the road, seeing people turn their heads.

After owning Large four wheel drive vehicles the Element or "Ute" as we call it is a pleasure to drive. Handling, roominess, and open feeling just makes us want to go for a "RIDE" Driving is a pleasure again...

I am a tried and true Honda driver. I had and accord, 2 CRVs, and my Element. You cant beat a Honda. I believe they are the most reliable car on the road. The Element is a great vehicle - Fun to drive and very durable. Tons of room. My fifteen year old son is 6 foot 2 inches tall and still has room to stretch his legs in the back seat and more than enough head room. He also enjoys the sunroof over the back seat. For a small active family this is the vehicle to have. The drive and comfort level outways the CRV.

This Honda "Element" is exactly what the real world needs in my opinion. Not having to worry about all the expensive leather and other accessories being abused. The pactical usage of the "Element" as well as any other vehicle purchased for the purposes that most SUVs are used for, is well considered when Honda built this unit. Knowing it was designed and geared for the X-generation. Perhaps they also without realizing it, made a vehicle that serves the real needs of all generations. Having the need for a SUV in the first place means that you either have active young people, children or animals.
