Very happy! - 2010 Honda Civic
By New Honda - November 14 - 2:00 amIve been driving my civic for 7 months now. I love it! The engine has a lot of pickup and speed. I deal with heavy stop/go traffic on my daily commute and I am impressed with how responsive the brakes are. Gas mileage-excellent! I drive about 150 mi a week and fill up about every other week or so. As others have said, in the drivers seat, the hood slopes so you cannot see it..Even still, Ive never had an issue parallel parking after the first few weeks of driving it. Only issue Ive had is cold starts. The engine hesitates and will take a couple of tries...However, I learned starting the engine in position 2 seems to do the trick so no further issues. Im very happy with my purchase!

Great New Ride - 2010 Honda Civic
By JO - November 8 - 2:00 amCute car with great gas mileage. I am a first time Honda owner. The sound system sounds fine to me. There is significant road noise but I just turn up the radio and it doesnt bother me. My only complaint is that the seats are very uncomfortable. My Toyota is much more comfortable. The dash is impressive. I dont mind the emergency brake placement either. If Hondas are as good as everyone says, I will drive this one for a long time.

Brand New Honda Civic LX - 2010 Honda Civic
By Greg Fletcher - October 11 - 2:00 amJust bought a 10 Civic LX and love it so far. Previous car was a Nissan Sentra which was a nice little car but not close to this Civic. Test drove the Chevy Cruze and Malibu, Ford Fiesta and Fusion, Nissan Sentra and Altima but the only car that was even close was the Cruze which was $2000 more than I got the Civic for. Civic has tons more room in the back seat than my previous Sentra or new Cruze which my kids noticed immediately. Not noticing the loud engine at all talked about in previous reviews. Pretty slow off the line but I didnt buy the car for speed. The Cruze definitely had a more stylish interior and features (bluetooth) and much "cooler" dashboard.

Window noise - 2010 Honda Civic
By SAM - October 5 - 2:00 amI had problem with my new 2010 honda civic LX. Im getting more noise from drive window site. I cant drive my vehicle on highway more than 67 mph. I complaint to America Honda about this issue. Engineer came from Honda to do test drive with me. Even he heard the same noise, which I felt. To duplicate the issue. Honda Engineer drove another new Honda civic 2010 Lx, he felt same problem on the new car. & he mentioned to me. Thats way this car designed. You have live with issue. Please DO NOT BUY this car. Its unsafe to drive on highway.

Excellent small car - 2010 Honda Civic
By j - September 30 - 2:00 amThis is a great all around small car, fun to drive, economical, zippy. The trunk is surprisingly spacious. The transmission is excellent - very smooth shifting. All in all, a class act. I looked at the VW Golf and the Mazda 3 before buying this car liked the Golf but found the seats too narrow, and had a similar problem with the Mazda.

Cheap - 2010 Honda Civic
By Bernie - September 29 - 2:00 amThis is a follow up from my review of one month ago. I have since downgraded the build quality from a 9 to a 4 and the comfort from an 8 to a 7. Im not sure how I missed it on my road test or first week or so of driving but this car is NOISY, especially road noise. The AC is a joke. If you are driving for any period of time (for me 20-30 minutes) your leg may fall asleep as the seat does not go back very far which can cause you to arch your foot. I am 6 ft. even. I wish I had read the reviews more closely. Shame on me.

Disappointed - 2010 Honda Civic
By Disappointed - September 25 - 2:00 amI bought this car brand new as my Christmas present, but within 1,000 miles I started to notice noises coming from the drivers side front suspension. In the beginning the sound was intermittent and the first time I took it back to the dealer, they said they couldnt replicate the problem. The second time I brought it in, the service manger went on a test drive with me and heard the noise himself. When I went to pick up the car, they told me that they didnt find anything wrong with it. To make a long story short, I brought the car back at least 4 times and they replaced the strut at least twice, however, the problem still remains.

Awesome Car for the money! - 2010 Honda Civic
By stup62 - September 23 - 2:00 amFirst import Ive ever owned. Like the attention to detail. Awesome sound system, although a 6 cd radio wouldve been nicer. Impressive acceleration, car just wants to go,go, go! Probably why my mileage is a little less than what I expected. Overall, very happy with the car.

40 mpg - 2010 Honda Civic
By Ken - September 21 - 2:00 amGas mileage is much better than the sticker says 32 city, 40 highway. If fuel economy, reliability, safety and a decent ride are your requirements, the civic is for you. The only thing I dont like are the tires, Continental tires are noisy and do not ride as well as most other brands. I have noticed this on other cars I have driven as well. I will be installing Michelin tires.

Never Again - 2010 Honda Civic
By disenchanted owner - September 15 - 2:00 amAs a previous 2004 Hinda Civic owner, I couldnt be more disappointed with his vehicle. the 2004 compared to this newer version was like a Cadillac. The sets and the headrests in the new car are more than uncomfortable. You cant see the front or back of the car, so its near impossible to park. Honda went VERY cheap with the interior and the emergency break is where you rest your knee to drive. Someone actually got paid a lot of money to redesign this piece of crap. Unfortunately Im locked into a lease for 3 years, I CANT WAIT for it to be over.
