Perfect as kids get older! - 2016 Honda CR-V
By Maura Marcotte - January 20 - 2:52 amI traded in our Pilot for this, after our three kids were completely out of the car seat/booster stage. I LOVE it! Fuel economy is SO much better, and the updated technology is terrific.

Choosing The Honda CRV-AWD Is A No Brainer! - 2016 Honda CR-V
By Michael J. - January 15 - 8:25 pmThe Honda CRV-AWD is an excellent choice for your next car, It is a great car on all road surfaces. I wish it had a bit more storage room, up front, in the drivers compartment. The rear of the vehicle is loaded with storage areas; I love the pull down seats for big hauls! I am getting 28 mpg overall. My previous car was a hybrid, so I am spoiled. Make sure you drive the car in ECO; there is only a slight drop in power, and you do pick up almost 2 mpg highway and just over 1 mpg city. The ride is a bit stiff and bumpy, but by no means uncomfortable. The layout and engineering on this vehicle is magnificent. I am very pleased with my purchase of the Honda CRV-AWD SUV!

Nice Ride - 2016 Honda CR-V
By Sonny - November 22 - 10:58 amDont Likes -------- Drivers side split mirror - What was Honda thinking ? In an EX L a drivers side mirror should match the passenger mirror. The mirror is distorted and is just plain stupid. No power seat for the passenger - really , just stupid Black Carpet - my wife hates it shows everything Leather seats are average in comfort , thicker padding would help and maybe a little wider seat for overall comfort Arm rest that driver and passenger have to share needs to be bigger , its just to small and thicker padding needed & also could be larger for much needed storage A Power rear door release & closing feature should be an option in the EX L model & work from the remote or from inside Likes _____ The CRV handles nicely , has plenty get up and go , very smooth shifting and a nice quiet ride - with no vibrations at any speed. Havent had any snow to test the AWD feature, but I use to drive my daughters 05 CRV in 2 -3 feet of snow with ease, so Im sure our new CRV will be excellent in snow Blue Tooth seems clear and easy to set up and no drop offs as of yet , others on the other end say the signal is very clear Gas mileage is 24 - 25 around town and around 30 - 31 on freeway the ECO button is cool , but only have 200 some miles on the CRV so hopefully the gas mileage goes up. Nice to be able to check the real time MPG Very easy Vehicle to get in and out of Im 6 3" and plenty of head room , this is my wifes CRV and she really likes being up higher while driving We drove the Rav , Encore , Subaru , Mazda ( I liked that Mazda 5 especially the cool center knob that serves as the main control ) but wife liked the CRV and probably overall the CRV was the best vehicle we tested Hopefully I can find a way to get a different drivers side mirror installed Ill be installing color coded side moldings, door edge cards and a cool tail pipe extender, parts arrived today and will sweeten the looks as well as give much needed protection. Later in the summer Ill install a rear spoiler

Honda CR-V EX is a great value! - 2016 Honda CR-V
By Paul Fritzsche - October 29 - 3:03 amWe researched all the competitors in the compact SUV class, and eventually narrowed it down to the point where the 2016 Honda CR-V EX was the only vehicle we were considering. Safety ratings were above all other competitors, and we really liked all the included features in the EX version and did not feel that any additional options were needed. We test drove it locally to make sure that we liked driving it, then began strategically shopping for the best deal. We loved the Edmunds "Price Promise" shopping tool, which really provides a great starting point for negotiating a terrific price. We got quotes from a few dealers through Price Promise, then emailed all the other Honda dealers within 100 miles of here to ask for their "out the door" pricing. We negotiated down the top two competitive dealers until they wouldnt budge any further, then contacted our local dealer (which does not participate in Price Promise) to see if they were interested at that price (which was about $1,800 lower than the original "invoice" pricing they had quoted us) and to our surprise, they were still excited to accept that offer. So, in the end, we paid about $700 less than the best Price Promise price, and got to buy it from the dealership right here in town. We could not be happier!
