  Great car! I really wanted the Honda Pilot in white, I just couldnt afford it. So I settled for the CRV, and, of course, the dealer didnt have white, but thats ok - I didnt care for the white exterior/beige interior color scheme and the black on black that I ended up with is really great. I love the ride, LOVE the right-turn & backup camera, and there is just so much room! I also love the fact that I can send and receive texts from my phone over the Bluetooth connection. That makes the car so great for commuting.

  I can said now that I’m a proudly ex-owner of a 2016 CRV (very expensive washer machine, massage chair…you name it), it was known to happen with the 2015s( service bulletin 15-046) but honda claims it was fixed(which is a lie), so I got a new crv 2016, my mistake, I only had it for 3 months and about 1500 miles but I had enough with the vibration issue, lucky me I felt all the 3 modes described in the 2015 bulletin,. The vibration started @ about 500 miles and getting worst every day, took the car back to the dealer (2 of them) first one told me it was normal, they all vibrate and this is a “characteristic of the car”, the second one agreed with me that it was vibrating but after 10 mins., came back with the same b**l S**t as the first one, what a waste of my time, I called honda and created a case, they assigned me a case manager that called me and kept repeating that’s a “characteristic of the car”( if so, how come is not listed in the brochure?), his only goal was to get me to agree with his stupidity, which I didn’t, I will never purchase a honda again, quality went down the toilet, is not a reliable car anymore and of course their service department sucks.

  Noisy engine, very loud at higher RPMs. CVT keeps the engine in higher RPMs. Not a fan of the transmission with this engine. The interior is roomy and I like the control placement, but lots of air and tire noise can be heard inside making it difficult to have discussions from back seat. I do not recommend the CR-V based on the harsh sounds from engine, tires, and highway noise. I purchased a new 2016 Hyundai Tuscan Limited instead of the CR-V Touring. The Hyundai is quieter and has a smooth ride with lots of options, better warranty.

  Navigation is very poor. Dissapointed in it. It wont allow you to put specific addresses in at times... It picks what it thinks you want and then you loose control of it... Its very frustrating an d unreliable. More, just looks pretty than it is functional. Otherwise though, it handles great and love the drivers assist and acc.

  The car price Vs feature value is not really matching well. Like Ive purchased EX version(middle range variant) and it does not have climate control, It is just and ordinary AC. No Digital speedometer. Prior to this, I used to drive Toyota Prius. It is very old model-2007 base, but still, the base version was covered climate control, digital speedometer etc. I feel, these basic has to cover in all car, at least mid variant).
