SHO Review - 1995 Ford Taurus
By Howdy - June 23 - 2:00 amOutstanding model. I wish they would bring back something similar to the "classic" SHO.

1995 Taurus Sho - 1995 Ford Taurus
By sackerman - May 29 - 2:00 amWhen I bought this car it really suprised me at how fast it was! It is the ultimate touring sedan. I reguarly drive long trips at highway speeds with passengers...this car is the best. When you begin to pass a slower moving vehicle the passing gear will really suprise you, it will rev well up over 6000 rpm or more before shifting into overdrive if you stay on the gas.

Safety vs. Looks - 1995 Ford Taurus
By cbassett01 - May 11 - 2:00 amOverall, I feel that the Taurus (mainly 94-95 model year) vehicles were excellent cars. Both in safety and performance.

ford taurus station wagon - 1995 Ford Taurus
By andymcclung - April 17 - 2:00 amthe ford Taurus Wagon was a bad purchase the 3.8 liter V6 was taken under extended warranty to a ford dealership for repair of a bad head gasket. The repaired engine lasted less the 30,000 miles before the same problem again. Ford Motor company refuses to do amythng about this recurring problem. They cannont even give a educated answer as to why they cannot fix a head gasket problem on this engine with any sort of resonable relibility to follow. If you own or are contemplating purchasing a ford vehicle with the 3.8 Liter V6 stop. This motor is unreliable.

1995 Ford Taurus - 1995 Ford Taurus
By car-reviewer - March 9 - 4:08 pmI bought a 95 Ford Taurus LX Wagon with leather seats, sunroof, climate control, cruise control, keyless entry system, ABS, and opted for the 3.5 liter V6. After I put on 20,000 miles on this car, it had to be repaired at least 15 times. On numerous occasions I could not even start the car. The engine overheated twice. I held on to it until it had 85,000 miles on it and was about ready to die.
