Great Car - 1993 Ford Probe

Fun and cute......but in the shop lots - 1995 Ford Probe
By 2001VetteOwner - April 8 - 2:00 amThis car is fun and sporty. Very cute design, cute features, but fell apart mechnaicall. Already has had on transmission replaced and broken 3 sets of accessory belts in less than 65,000 miles. It is currently being traded in for a GMC Sonoma Crew Cab. Worst problem list of any vehicle owned before. Air Bag is onoperative, and headlight motor does now work on one side. Also, less than 5,000 miles ago, wire fire occured from short circuit under dash.

By Soup - March 13 - 2:08 amMy 1990 Ford Probe GT Turbo I bought from a friend for $2750. Id say it was about a fair deal. I was really impressed by the number of little things that make the car fun to drive. I would recommend buying this car if you have $3000 or so to buy a car. Just be sure it has an Owners Manual with it because mine doesnt and i cant figure out some little things on my dash. It has a lot of giddy-up of the line if you can drive a standard. It runs a quarter in 14-16 seconds.

I love this car! - 1993 Ford Probe
By Car*Guy - February 26 - 5:15 pmThis is the second one I have owned. I sold the first several years ago to get a rare Mustang. When I decided to get a daily driver I had only one vehicle in mind, another 1993 Probe GT. I have not been disappointed with either of the GTs I have owned one. I love the styling, interior and exterior, the handling and the ergonomics. Ive had good fortune with reliability as mine has been very good to me over the years.
