The 2005 Ford Mustang is completely redesigned.

• Solid V8 power in GT models, about as well mannered as a solid axle suspension can get, slick retro interior, much improved cabin ergonomics.

• No side curtain airbags or stability control, seats could use more lateral support.

The styling speaks to the heritage of the Mustang; no longer is it just the next generation, it has started a new trend in the classic style. The attention rating is off the scale. The sound, the style, the aggressive look -- it is the car to have.

  I have had my Mustang for only a few months now, but I absolutely love it. It gets very good highway miles, and all the attention on the road. Everything is eye-catching, from the sleek interior, to the frame of this strong and sturdy vehicle. My model is a 2002, but it still looks identical to the later models. I cant wait to actually see the all new 2005, which is even better than all the rest. To Ford: Keep up the good work, and keep the next generation of Mustangs alive!!!

  This car is the best one I have ever driven. To feel such power is GREAT! I love this car and I will never get rid of it. Great for comfort if there is 2 people. Not so much if there is 4 though.

  I bought this car the first day middletown ford in ohio had one, and to date i am one of 3 in middletown to have a GT.(01-05-05) My car is #912, which is not bad since the first one available to the general public was #825. Ford employees and executives got those!! I LOVE MY 2005 MUSTANG!!!!!!!!!! Ford did a great job on this car. I cant go anywhere without people looking and pointing. If you like attention, its awesome for that too. It is one hell of a car for $28000.00. If i had a 5 car garage id buy 4 more!!!! My car is grey with black leather, perfect for racing stripes. Im adding a shaker hood, Roush side pipes, and flowmasters right now. When the snow melts, maybe i can drive it..

  I just got this car 5 days ago and I couldnt be more pleased. I traded in my 99 cobra for this and let me tell you this car is 10 times better. I have black exterior with interior upgrade package, red leather seats, and its an amazing vehicle to say the least. My Cobra had pretty much every single performance bolt on available and this car feels just as fast stock with superior ride quality and handling. Thank you Ford, you hit a grand slam with this awesome machine.

  After a woefully disappointing experience owning a 2000 Focus, I purchased a 2002 Celica. It was everything a Toyota should be. It was reliable, great handling, uncomfortable and loud (road noise). I had no problems with it other than my aching back. On a whim, I test drove the Mustang, expecting it to be a piece of crap. I was caught off guard. It drove better than any car I had ever driven. The v6 was extremely powerful, and the 5 speed automatic converted me from stick and Ive always hated automatics. After having the car for just a week, I cant comment on reliability with authority, however, by the 1 week point I already had beefs with the Focus. I hear no noises and the car feels solid.

  This car is a beauty in all ways. The style, the handling, the interior and the sporty exterior. We ordered our 05 V6 convertible exactly the way we wanted it, with all the bells and whistles. It took 2 months to get here but it was well worth the wait. My husband and I are both enjoying this car like no other we have every had. We ride with the top down everyday (and we live in AZ); we may be hot, but at least were styling and loving it!
