  • Awesome Stang! - 2005 Ford Mustang

I have had my Red Stang for 3 weeks now and its a fabulous hot car and Ive never ever had so much fun driving a car. I am always eager to jump into the drivers seat. The car has got great power, great acceleration and a very sturdy muscular feel to it. I love the sound of the engine. Antilock brakes and Traction Control are highly recommended upgrades for good handling during wet and snowy conditions. Only problem Ive had so far is that my Air Bag & Safety Warning Light remains on. The dealer says they have to get the sensor replaced. Baring that glitch, everything else is great about the car. The retro modern design just rocks! Heads just turn towards my car at every stop light or toll.

The interior is set to excite ... it is truly a cockpit! From the minute the engine roars to life to the end of the ride when you set the alarm, this car ROCKS. The steering is incredible on this monster - tight with no mushy give in the middle; handles like a dream. I thought I might have fun with this car for a year or so & save it as a weekend car after that, however I can see myself driving her on my 40 minute commute for years to come. The exterior experience is simple - hope you like to get looked at. The car feels like a car again - solid. I bought a Sonic Blue Premium 4LV6 and there are times the attention is "ALMOST" embarrassing, but Im learning to get over that!

Purchased my 05 Mustang after selling my Taurus, The ride was very good compared to the old (fox platform) Steering is very resposive, traction control works great. Great smooth power, I have a automatic, it shifts very smooth, you cant even feel it. Wish it had heated seats or the option, Seat belts are alittle tuff to grab. Doesnt have some amenities but I knew that buying it. I think the stereo is excellent. As for reliability, I am hoping I will not have any problems. But it has a warranty. For the money I think Ford did a great job. I am very happy!

Ive had my silver drop top Stang for just over a week now and I have to say its an awesome ride. The retro look combined with the updated features make this car an amazing ride. I chose the red leather interior with the chrome accents and it looks incredible. I get stopped every day by people who are taken with the looks of my Stang. I personally love the rims that came with the car. I think they are just flashy enough yet tasteful. All in all I am really happy with this car so far.

  • 05 Mustang GT is a great car! - 2005 Ford Mustang

The Mustang GT drives great and looks fantastic. It has very comfortable seats and is a pleasure to cruise in on the highway. I think its ultimate handling abilities exceed my willingness to explore them but when pushed through the twisties this car would probably put certain 2 seater sports cars to shame. With the 5 speed manual, the acceleration is outstanding and the incredible exhaust note under power makes the car a total blast to drive. Another thing I have noticed over the 4 months I have owned this car is that almost everyone who sees it, rides in it, or drives it wants one too. My wife loves the car too and we are extremely pleased with our purchase (our first Mustang by the way).

  • AWESOME RIDE! - 2005 Ford Mustang

Took eight weeks to take delivery. Worth the wait. Awesome looking car. My eight year olds little league team went bonkers over it. I have everyone from teenagers to seniors asking me about the car. The red leather interior is outrageous. Here in south Florida where expensive and exotic cars are the norm, the car stands out. The V-6 is more than sufficient power plant. Drives awesome in the city and cruises at speed without a whisper. Only cars I have owned as fun to drive have been Beemers or Jaguar.

  • 2005 V6 - 2005 Ford Mustang

I love my car; I think the power is wonderful considering it is only a V6 and its great fun to drive. Turns heads all the time. Reliability has been fine so far, no problems besides a few small things Ford was still working out. Just a little sensor that needed to be replaced. The look is what I went for. We all know that Ford and Chevy can not compare to Honda or Toyota on overall reliability and the Mustang is still not as refined as the Accord or Camry, but neither of those cars would make me nearly as happy or put that smile on my face to drive every day.

  • Glad I Picked It - 2005 Ford Mustang

I love this car. Last car was a 97 Mits Eclipse convertible turbo. This one feels large and substantial and better attached to the road. Oh yeah, and so much faster its crazy. :) I have the standard interior, but I think it looks great anyway. The dash is black with subtle metallic flecks that helps add a touch of depth. It roars down the road with confidence. Handling and performance are both outstanding at this price range. It gets TONS of compliments. If you get one, be prepared for the attention. ;) I was originally looking at the RSX type-s, G35, and Z Roadster. Im glad I picked the Mustang.

  • Fun To Drive - 2005 Ford Mustang

I just got my V6 Convertible in June and must admit that I havent been able to keep my hands off the steering wheel since! The ride is very stable. There is almost no "pull" through tight turns. The rear wheel drive makes the ride smooth on bumpy New England roads and I dont have to worry about spilling my coffee. The instrument panel design is great. No clutter and easy to read. Driving this car is exhilarating and fun. I have to get used to "thumbs up" signals, "nice car", "wow", and the likes comments and lots of stares from fellow drivers :). Negative side is that everyone wants to race you (and I am too old for that type of stuff...).
