Sleek body lines, enough horsepower to pin you in the seat and just the right amount of retro redeux to make it sexier than ever. I have been quite impressed with this car, from its amaretto smooth shifting to its mind blowing ability to break loose in a moments notice. I have had Mustangs before but this car is definately the car to steal my heart. With a comfortable interior that is similar to the same interior of the glory days of the Mustang right down to the Shelby wheels that put 18 inches of rubber on the road. This car is by far the best Mustang to pound pavement in the past Thirty years.

A more gorgeous, fun to drive, fun to look at, no troubles in sight car you couldnt find. In a world of cars that look like tylenol capsules & are a big bore in general, you have a REAL car: the ford mustang! With its big heavy- set eyebrows and its throaty (but not obnoxious) growl. Handles a dry turn with determination, LOVES the road in terms of wanting a good run...it will ask to pull toward 80 rather than cantering at 65. Cars & especially trucks politely get out of the way to let the glory of this American Original shine, as it gracefully owns the road, weaving or not weaving, gaining or not gaining as the mood fits. I have had it 3 years. Bottom line: If I could buy 3, I would!

I was going to buy a 2004 Mustang but my wife told me to wait until this year. Im I glad I listened to my wife. This car is so much fun to drive. I cant believe the room you have in the car. The V6 is more then enough engine. I have been getting about 18 miles per gallon in the city. I have not taken it on a long trip yet but Ill bet you Ill get well over 20 miles per gallon. I have a Screaming Yellow and truly love it. Ford has a winner in this car.

My overall experience with this vehicle has been fantastic. The power is breath taking, the interior design is well thought out, and the driving experience is exhilarating. This car is everything advertised and more. No accessories needed for this gem, it has everything you could ever want.

  • The Time Has Come - 2005 Ford Mustang

I was born in 1963 - the same year the first Mustang was introduced. My first car was a 1967 Galaxie 500 - I really wanted a Mustang. Since I was 16 Ive watched Mach 1 ads, loved the Cobras, and drooled every time I saw a Shelby. When I saw the 05 for the first time, the chills of history ran through me. I couldnt believe the perfection in the design. Then I heard the GT had 300 HP! I decided then, this would be the year. I got it two days ago. Nothing in my life has so dramatically exceeded my expectations. I am in awe of the people who had the artistic ability to pull the heritage of the Mustang with perfect craft and precision into this one car, truly in awe. Nicely done!

We purchased this vehicle and absolutely love it. It is the first new car weve ever owned and what a way to start. The power is unbelievable. Its 300 horse power is awesome. We would highly recommend the vehicle. The soft boot takes some time to get used to. But with a little practice you can master it in no time. It has a very soft clutch which makes driving easy even for the less experienced manual transmission driver.

The Shaker 1000 stereo is loud but the CD player needs to be completely redesigned. It skips, and shoots out CDs; very sensitive, only plays certain CDs. Ive had 4 so far and mine still doesnt work. We are waiting for a fix from the dealer. The front end pops when turning hard. I love driving it and the red/black color combo is great! I have the My Color on mine and just love the entire Mustang experience.

  • good but not great - 2005 Ford Mustang

I must say for a V6 it is quiet quick. I had added the Airaid cold air intake to it. And managed to run it at 15.05 at 92 mph through a quater mile at the track. So its plenty of power for what you pay. Now to the cons. Panels are falling off all over the place. Front and back bumpers just seem like a pre- K toddler could pull them off. It is way to tight fitting on the inside. Which i guess its suppose to be. I love the way the inside looks though, with all the nice chrome pieces. It can be turned around like a fourwheeler too with very tight steering. But if you get this car youll just be wishing you had the V8 the whole time so dont waste your money on this.

  • A Total Blast! - 2005 Ford Mustang

Ive been a driver of pickups for the past 15 years, but after test driving this car, I was a changed man. What a rush! Ford has returned the Mustang to its power status. The GT is a monster out of the box ... if you have a choice, go with the 5 speed versus the auto. Its a muscle car, not a cruiser. This is without a doubt the most fun driving Ive ever had!
