The 2005 Ford Mustang is completely redesigned.

• Solid V8 power in GT models, about as well mannered as a solid axle suspension can get, slick retro interior, much improved cabin ergonomics.

• No side curtain airbags or stability control, seats could use more lateral support.

  All I have to say about this car is AWESOME! I have never driven such a awesome vehicle before. It looks like a 1960 or 1970 Fastback which was a awesome car. I would recommend this to anybody who wants a awesome vehicle that is a legend reborn

  This car is awesome. Its like "whoa!" Its a drastic improvement over both of my prior Mustangs (2000 & 2003 models). It doesnt even compare to either of them. Theres so much room inside. The retro exterior styling is a definite head-turner. The rev of the engine puts a smile on my face. The screech of the tires as I go "zoom" makes my heart race. I feel like a kid with a new toy in my Stang. I think Id live in my car if I could figure out how to permanently install my computer in it.

  I got my convertible 2 months ago and I love it! Its so much fun to drive around and I cant go anywhere without someone commenting on the car. Theres really no other car like it.

  Best performance car Ive ever owned, and right at home parked next to my 1964 1/2 Mustang. High performance and great mileage (25.5 mpg at 70 mph). Very comfortable. Holds the road in turns like no other. Shaker 1000 is incredible sound system. GREAT job by the FORD Team!

  Ive always wanted a muscle car and Im proud to own this one. I compared to other cars out there and am very happy with what I got for the price I paid. This pony peels out fast and looks good doing it.

  I have never been so happy with a vehicle. Im a 44 year old former hot rodder who has owned several muscle cars from the 1960s and 70s. The 2005 Mustang represents the best of all those cars but on a modern platform that you can drive everyday under full warranty. I have nothing but praise for how it looks, drives and makes me feel when Im behind the wheel. This car rocks with a capital R. How Ford managed to combine the retro styling, with practical driveability, awesome performance and comfort, plus head turning good looks while remaining the lowest priced 300HP car out there is pure genius!

  I love this car! It is the best and most fun car I have ever owned. Its eye catching, fun to drive, and makes me feel good whenever I get in it - especially when I can get out there with the top down and the music blaring. Its not possible to be mad, sad, or in a bad mood when you are in this car. I got it in Torch Red with a Parchment top - absolutely perfect!

  I love this car, and wouldnt trade it for the world. Like every car it has issues. I had problems with the struts, the gas tank, and the heater. But if you love to drive, youll love to drive this. I cant vouch for the automatics or the V6 cars, but the GT with a stick (wrapped in leather) is a sheer thrill to drive.

  I purchased a 2005 premium Mustang convertible its a steel blue with a black top. I love My Color for the different colors you can make the dash. It has a 500 watt stereo system in it. iI just purchased the pony grille with the fog lamps in it. I get so many compliments on the car. I am going down Carlisle PA to the Mustang show.
