The 2005 Ford Mustang is completely redesigned.
- Solid V8 power in GT models, about as well mannered as a solid axle suspension can get, slick retro interior, much improved cabin ergonomics.
- No side curtain airbags or stability control, seats could use more lateral support.

By ken carr - December 6 - 3:36 pmI have driven a lot of cars and have had many many new cars and this is the best of them all. I have to say I sold a 1972 Pantera to buy one of these guys. This Mustang will run circles around the Pantera. Ford is on the right track with this pony. I say drive it first and you will be sold. Be sure to buy it loaded and the V8.

Retro Time - 2005 Ford Mustang
By PAspam - December 5 - 10:03 pmI would never have considered a Mustang before the retro went on sale. I had a 67 GTO way back when and this is almost as fun. This is a peppy, well built car, any old guys who are looking for a midlife crisis check should take a look. The V6, five speed is a kick and in a convertible it really has a great feel.

From styling, performance, build quality to driving experience. It is not a luxury car. It is not a true performance car. It is the American icon of muscle cars. For the money, it is truly the best driving experience one can imagine. It is purely and simply, Mustang.

By Mystics7 - October 23 - 10:00 amI have my GT on order but drove a 6cyl. Amazing for only 210 HP the car moved. Being a lover of stangs since I was little I really bit a lot of blood and swet into this car. Ive driven Camaros TAs Vettes but nothing feels more pleasing then a STANG!!!!!!!!!!!
