wow....its awesome - 2003 Ford Explorer
By sahara - March 7 - 10:00 ami researched suvs extensively when i knew that i would soon be in the market for a new vehicle. i choose the explorer because of all the reviews i read. my test drive re-enforced my decision to purchase this vehicle. i love driving it and my dogs love riding in it. i am not that crazy about the interior though. i got the eddie bauer edition which comes in one interior style only. its a two tone leather in the beige family. i would have prefered a few more options but i guess that is why they make seat covers!!

Fix Or Repair Daily (FORD!) - 2003 Ford Explorer
By Fix Or Repair Daily - February 28 - 4:00 pmFirst 10,000 were great. This car has been in the shop for the last 26,000. Im on the 3rd rear end, the tail gate rattles and they cant fix it. Had to warranty rotors at 15,000. The list goes on. This is an ureliable car not worthy of your hard earned cash. Incredible that after all these years of building this car that they still have these problems.

1st new truck - 2003 Ford Explorer
By RBraunius1 - February 23 - 2:00 amThis is my 1st new trcuk so I am not a great judge of new vehicles. I am very happy with the size of the vehicle, it has plenty of storage and with the NBX rack and net on the top you can just throw your Christmas tree up there and head home. I love the upright seating and view of the road, and the look of the 17 inch wheels and tires add to my positive review.

Just a Couple of Mistakes - 2003 Ford Explorer
By Marcuso - February 16 - 10:00 amPut a CD player back into the base model. Nobody uses tapes much anymore. Secondly, Where is the second power point? I had to buy one at Radio Shack, drill a hole in the dash, and wire it up myself.

Best Explorer yet!! - 2003 Ford Explorer
By Vergez - January 29 - 10:00 amI have rented various Explorers through the years and this model is by far the best. I have also tested Mitsubishi, Toyota and Infiniti SUVs and my truck beats them hands down in roominess even with third row. It also rides very smooth and quiet even with 5 adults.A great value for the money.
