Overview & Reviews
The King Ranch receives a chrome-tipped exhaust pipe, and the Limited's wood steering wheel moves to the options list.
- Well-thought-out interior with plenty of room for passengers and their belongings, handy fold-flat third-row seat, impressive handling for its size, great crash test scores.
- Poor fuel economy, V8 needs more low-end torque, some low-grade interior materials, ride gets harsh on rough roads.

2006 EDDIE BAUER EXPEDITION - 2006 Ford Expedition
By A C ROGERS - November 8 - 1:44 amNice upgrade from my 98 Eddie Bauer Expedition. So far no major complaints. It is a full size SUV and if you cant afford the gas -- dont buy this or any large SUV. Read complaints about uncomfortable front seats I have not noticed that with mine. Overall, this is an excellent SUV, but my next purchase will be the Nissan Armada LE - more horse power, more towing and more low end torque.

Expedition Sport Owners Response.. - 2006 Ford Expedition
By john good - June 24 - 6:36 pmThe Expedition Sport is a nice truck for the price and creature comforts. I had a 2000 Explorer with the 5.0 and man, this 300hp 5.4 moves real good! The handling is good for a vehicle this size and I havent towed anything yet but it will come.

Disappointed - 2006 Ford Expedition
By Tim Levy - June 12 - 2:34 amFord has dramatically lowered its standard and decreased its quality! The Expedition will look nice and all, but its mechanical build is just nonsense.
