If you dont own one maybe you should - 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan
By Rick - December 7 - 7:43 amThis is our second Dodge van, the first one a 2003 we tried to save money on and bought the Caravan SXT with no features. Never had any trouble with this van at all and really liked it. Until all the incentives came out and we upgraded for less money to the Grand Caravan. If you have kids, upgrade. You wont be sorry. Convenient hooks for grocery bags all over the place. 3 zone control. I never wanted a minivan, now I wouldnt be without it, kids or no kids. For the money, I dont think you will find a better deal. Started buying Dodge products 4 years ago and I have yet to schedule a service call. Sometimes you get lucky, and sometimes products are just that good?

Great Riding Van! - 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan
By Patti D - August 19 - 11:36 pmMy husband has worked for General motors for 31 years, and felt very guilty even looking at a Dodge! (At least it is American made). But this mini van had everything we were looking for that we couldnt find in a GM van. We love the stow and go seating, that was the main selling point, along with the auto sliding doors and tail gate and the three zone climate control. This all comes in handy with our two large labs. The van is much quieter than our previous Chevy and the ride is very smooth.

Dependable Van many miles to come.... - 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan
By Family man - August 4 - 7:16 amWe purchased this van for vacation & winded up loving it. I drive 2000+ miles a month with my job now and really enjoy the van. Have all the comfort features like leather, dvd, power everything as well. We come from sports cars but like luxury and this van has it all for us. Not the sports car feel but still has power to merge into traffic and get a jump at the stop light if need be w/out any problems. I would buy again & yes, Dodge treats us well. Weve owned 21 vehicles in 12 years and weve had this 1 the longest. Kids really enjoy it as well as they have lots of room. No real problems other then rack & pinion went out. Dealer took car of it. Best mpg 29.8 worst 18, Mobile 1 syn. oil helps.

Worry Free Travel - 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan
By Tom Hubbard - December 2 - 1:10 amThe 1300 mile drive to Georgia and back was a plesant driving experience. We found out first hand about its handling capability as far as manuvering around road debris. We had to swerve around large chunks of tires a couple of times and didnt feel the least bit uncomfortable as far as feeling like we might roll over or lose control. Excellent in my book. We plan on several trips to Georgia and back, and look forward to doing it in this vehicle.

Better then most will admit - 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan
By longhornfan1 - July 14 - 10:36 amRegardless of what is said online I have seen more dodge vehicles with over 200,000 miles on them then any other manufacture and that includes everyones beloved Honda. Dodge makes the best van for someone who wants reliable affordable transportation. This van has a great ride solid build and will not require a second loan if something does go wrong like the Honda would. My neighbor has one with 195K on it and plans to put 100 more. I have 36K and plan on 200K myself.

First Minivan - 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan
By TBarwick - July 5 - 11:36 pmNever thought Id see the day, me, owning a Minivan of all things! Actually enjoying it - the space, nice ride, and mpg. Dealer has been great. I just need more horse power (used to V8!) but then Id be complaining about mpg right?

No longer a Ford man - 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan
By J. Burke - January 1 - 2:40 amI was so impressed with the overall performance and comfort of the vehicle. It is superior to any other similar van I have owned or driven in. It has been such a pleasure to drive, has excellent visibility and great acceleration on the freeway. Best of all is the stow and go feature, it has been a real asset. The vehicle is nicely fitted with amenities that you get wonderful luxury and dont have to rob a bank. I looked at other vans including Toyota and Honda, and this van is in their class no doubt about it. The audio system controls in the steering column was a very nice feature to add as well.

Great Van, No Problems at all - 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan
By Midcoast Mainiac - November 6 - 2:23 pmWe Love our new Grand Caravan. With the stow and go seats, DVD player, the power sliding doors and tailgate, the big 3.8 liter engine, alloy wheels, and so many other features, what is not to like? Lower cost than anything foreign, and the foreign vans are not as well rated by the people who own them. The so called "Experts" apparently dont know their rumps from a hole in the ground. Maintenance is cheap, $22 for a 3,000 mi checkup. My old Caravan was "retired" with 206,000 miles. Never did anything to it but change oil, filters, brake pads, tires, the usual stuff. Same exhaust system when retired, never was replaced. Note to Chrysler, Keep em coming, dont change a thing!!!!!
