  I liked the appearance, features, and ride (for an SUV) of this vehicle when I first bought it. Unfortunately, after two years (and 60K) of ownership, Im ready to dump it. I had problems with the air conditioner shortly after the purchase, the housing for the tail lights makes them a hazard (every time you close the hatch, you have to check the lights to see if theyve wiggled loose and need adjusting), the plastic cover on the drivers power-seat broke (and Im not that heavy!).

  I like to drive Tb. But it is poorly constructed. Bhe transmission has gone out twice in the first 40,ooo miles. It has an intermitent electical problem. One time the heater motor wont work. Restart, everything works(just like microsofts fix for everything). The problem rotates wipers, dashlights, radio. Rear lid crown blew off traveling on interstate of course this happened at 38,000 miles. Chevrolet says sorry, no coverage

  I bought my ext trailblazer 3 months ago and I have numerous problems with it: - Very annoying Squeaking that the dealer say they could not prove it, well I hear it every day. - The rear climate controls just do not work, well Im taking it to the dealer for that. - Foul mildew odor comes out of the ventialation system after I shut off the air conditioning. For god sake, it is a brand new car. - The underhood light work sometimes! - I was driving one day, the front dash just went dead, no dials or lights were working. Stopped and restarted the car and the front dash went live again. The dealer says this can never happen.

  I really liked this vehicle the day I bought it. I made a really bad mistake by purchasing this vehicle. For $34000 I should have purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee. My friend bought one and it is 10 times the vehicle my Chevy is. The Jeep will run circles around by Trailblazer. There is no way my trailblazer makes 270HP. I wish I would have driven a Trailblazer first.

  Wiper moter went 1st week. Loose bolts under hood. Brakes went bad & fromt routers replaced dealer wont replace rear routers. Pinging noise in motor, computer had to be reprogramed. Four wd failed in snowstorm & needed to be reprogramed.

  I purchased this vehicle about a year and a half ago and have had endless problems. The Transmission shifted rough. I brought it into the dealership and they said there wasnt a fix for it at the time of production of my vehicle, but sold them anyway "As Is." I had the computer reprogrammed which helped some. Also there was wind noise, driver floor and accelerator pedal vibration, weather stripping falling off, rain water leaks on the entire driver side into the vehicle, squeaks and rattles, seatbelt locking up, and breaking wasnt smooth. The vehicle would lunge just before stopping. Should have gotten the Lemon Law on this one!

  Have had numerous problems with this SUV. An annoying hum, a squeak in the front suspension (that took several trips to the dealer to repair), the wipers quit working, the A/C quit working (twice). Seems like this vehicle has been in the shop more than in my garage. Build quality is poor for a $36,000 vehicle.

  I purchased this truck NEW from Empire Chevrolet in Fall River, MA I have had nothing but problems with it ever since.... The dashboard has blanked out on me on several occasions, all the needles go dead, The gas guage reads empty when there is 1/4 of a tank in it. The radio fades out when the brakes are applied, The radio was replaced, now the CD player doesnt work. The red airbag dash warning lamp has been illuminated for days now. There has been a recall on the transfer case. Im still waiting for the radio and the gas gauge. What a piece of junk.... and the dealership is garbage also... GM assistance was of no use either. ..

  In shop 5 times-SIR(air bag)light going off and on-safety issue-air bags dont deploy when light is on. Dealer recon.ckts, repl.modules, driver&passenger sides, prob persists. Resorting to "Lemon Law." Xmission&eng. probs-now @15k mi., gets 13-17 mpg, others get 21-22. Wind noise, door rattle, hatch strap&weather stripping coming apart, LS emblem fell off. A/C blows cold @dash vents when A/C OFF. Heater set @floor only but blows from defrosters! Dealer says xmission, eng.,air/heat within normal specs. Owned 2 new cars, several used-NEVER experienced this. In 2 yrs., PCM reprogrammed-software upgrade + 2 recalls. What next?
