Overview & Reviews
For 2004, Chevrolet has dropped the high-line LTZ trim level. Power-adjustable pedals, a DVD-based navigation system, automatically locking doors and XM Satellite Radio are new features this year. The instrument panel now sports a freshened monochromatic look. The North Face Edition package gets unique 17-inch wheels, while all models get new 17-inch aluminum wheels.
- Strong engine performance, comfortable highway ride, extensive features list, user-friendly controls.
- Skittish handling around corners, numb steering, generic interior design, low-grade interior materials.

Pretty much new - 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
By thebru - June 25 - 10:00 amPretty much a new rig so I cant judge reliability accept that I havent had an issue yet. I pretty much like everything about this vehicle. I used to have a blazer and this is light years past it in terms of quality and features (but quite a bit more money).

The Skinny - 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
By Gary Preston - March 26 - 2:00 amThe 2003 Trailblazer is a fun and peppy vehicle to drive. I have owned both a Buick Park Avenue and a Cadillac Sedan DeVille and the Trailblazer is a comfortable as either. We affectionately call ours the "Country Cadillac."

LTZ Trailblazer - 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
By Tracey12 - March 26 - 2:00 amI love the look of the Trailblazer and have been happy with previous Chevys. Back cargo at perfect level for loading/unlaoding. Very roomy, comfortable seating. Only problem I have had is tire pressure going low. Had blow out at 3000 miles. Gas cap needs a little work to be put on properly.

Chevrolet 2004 Trailblazer LT - 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
By mbondsi - March 19 - 2:00 amI have driven Suburbans for 30 years and have finally downsized to trailblazer. The 2004 is my second one, as I had a 2002 before. I absolutely LOVE my car! I have moved kids to and from college with room to spare and the improvements since the 2002 (easier seat collapse, seat heaters, better seatbelts, XM radio to name a few) make it a pleasure to drive! Just show me the road.

Road Hog - 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
By rayroll - March 9 - 10:00 amHadan Accord, but felt I needed something larger. So far everything is great. The gas mileage could be better, but with this type of vehicle, you cant have it all. Looked at several SUVs, but they seemed to be designed for soccer moms, I wanted something more masculine looking. Towing cabability is excellent. It doesnt even know the trailer is behind it. The riding height is equal to any of the larger SUVs. Great value for the money. A GREAT improvement over the Blazer of previous years.

A keeper with a fancy bow-tie. - 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
By Mike Daniels - October 26 - 10:00 amNo defects in 7 months/7,500 miles since purchase. Very comfortable, roomy, & quiet. Engine has great low- end torque. Chevy/GM really did their homework on this vehicle. It is light years ahead of the 2001 Jimmy I traded. Compares favorably with high- end SUVs costing $thousands more. All this and a fancy bow tie to boot.

2004 Trailblazer LS - 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
By amanda02nicole - August 12 - 2:00 amI just purchased my TrailBlazer, and I love it! I am used to driving a Camaro, so its hard for me to get used to it but I love it! I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is not wanting anything too big (i.e. Tahoe, Expedition).
