By Bertrand - May 23 - 2:00 amI have driven many cars before recently buying my Z06 - AMG C32, Lexus SC430, BMWs and others - but nothing under $70K can compare to the performance of the Z06 - 0-60 in 3.9, 1/4 mile in low 12s, 1G lat. pull - one cannot truly understand the power of this car on full boil without trying it for themselves - simply obliterates anything out there.

By dakota - April 17 - 2:00 amThe car is an absolute joy to drive. Abundant power, adequate creature comforts and stunning performance/handling. Unfortunately it burns oil. 1qt for every 1500 miles. If GM could only address this problem without the need to prove that it is happening.

Wonder Car - 2002 Chevrolet Corvette
By william_Tarasen - April 17 - 2:00 am5700 miles on the 02 Z06. Averaging 25.6 MPG, over 30 on trips. Great road car, comfortable, pulls moutains in 6th gear with ease. Digital cruise is a charm. Car is noisy on rough roads without insulation but does an exceptional job of not beating you up. 1-4 shift around town is a pain, I find myself either exceeding 3000 RPM or doing a 1-3 shift. It is by far the most fun/powerful/best handling car I have ever driven.

By Al Knox - April 12 - 2:00 amAlthough I have only had this car for 5 weeks, I can honestly say I was not disappointed in its performance. It is all I had hoped it would be as far as handling, driveability, looks and comfort. It is definatly a better choice than other sports coupes in this price range (Boxster, Z3 etc.) The only issue I have is the dealer installed CD changer was very sensitive to road imperfections. The new one they replaced it with is better but I am still not sure if it should be that way. This is a minor thing when you consider the whole package and what a blast it is driving this true american experience.
