Cant replace headlights - 1995 Chevrolet Corsica
By paul - January 1 - 5:53 pmThis car is so old now you cant replace the riding lights. But yes you have regular and highbeams. This car is big and nice and solid bought for $1500 with 60k mi and now has 118k mi but we put in over $2000 worth of work in it. No ABS brakes. This car is okay if you ignore those things. I predict this car works for 18 - 20 years

Thar she goes and goes and goes.... - 1995 Chevrolet Corsica
By GHC - August 18 - 12:35 pmI bought this car in January 2002 from my friendss mother-in-law who had sadly passsed on. It only had 17,000 miles and now I have over 58,000. In that time, it has had at least four alternators which I understand is a problem with this car. I am going to ask my mechanic about installing a reflector shield between the exhaust manifold and alternator. I read that solution on this website. The white paint is peeling but it was recalled for that. I touch up with Rustleoum. I really have no rust, it gets 29MPG and it is a smooth riding car. The A/C was nice before I was in an accident. I occassionly get water somehow in the car because I smell mold. I love this car. She goes and goes and goes...

Not Bad for Two Grand - 1995 Chevrolet Corsica
By BDC - January 12 - 2:00 amIn 2000 I bought this as a sales car with 78,000 on it, now has 113,000 miles on it. Have only had to do front brakes, and replace battery. Some Folks on here have had problems with alternators, and I think mine is going as I notice the headlights flucuate as I drive on the highway. Engine is the 4 banger and is VERY DOGGIE with the A/C on. Look for the V-6 Engine. I get 24- 28 MPG. The A/C & Heater works great. Burns less than a 1/4 qrt. of oil between 4,500 Mi.changes. Paint was pelling a little when I got it, now the hood is peeling quite a bit. The Color is WHITE. AVOID HIGH PRESSURE CAR WASHERS OR LOSE WHATS LEFT!!!! Great little car for the $.

Cant figure out why it just keeps going - 1995 Chevrolet Corsica
By love it, hate it - March 16 - 3:31 pmIf you dont live near a dealership, dont bother owning this car. Everything is a dealer part and over priced. The engine is a nightmare to work on, for even spark plug changes.
