I have owned this 92 RS CONV sinse it was 6 months old with only 5,000 miles on it. Aside from hoses, brakes, tires, etc, in ten years I have replaced the starter, alternator, and the hvac dash controler. Probably spent about $500 on repairs other that required maintenance. And the call hondas economy cars.

I bought this one from my best friend, his dad rebuilt it from the ground up about two years ago. This is the best car a guy could ask for. Great looks and fun to drive, I will never sell this car!!!

345lb-ft L98 is a torque monster. Mine was a Heritage Edition Z28, Bright Red with Black stripes. One of the more timeless designs to ever come from an auto styling studio- though Im not crazy about the hi-rise F40-style rear spoiler of 91-92. It was my daily driver for years and I didn’t make a single repair, short of tires and a small oil leak covered under warrantee. No t-tops and aftermarket subframe connectors make the body as solid as an I-beam-- no rattles/squeaks at all. I’ve owned at total of 5 third generation FBodies and loved them all. Traded it in for a 96 Z28/SS 6-speed and regret every second of it (but I needed a manual transmission!).

  • Runs like its brand new - 1992 Chevrolet Camaro

I bought the car used when it had ~148K miles on it. I just turned 180K miles and I have done very little to keep it running. I had to do the normal things like change tires, shocks, brakes, etc., but I havent had any expensive repairs to deal with, especially when you consider the mileage.

I just got my car and its great, besides some little things that need to be tuned up on it. It has a new exaust system which makes this beast sound great with the V8. I LOVE IT.

This is a sweet car with a strong engine. Count on power when you need it. I would take a Camaro over anything.

my car has a lot miles on it, but still rides very good and has very few rattles and squeaks. the t-tops do not leak. i am really surprised the car is as solid as it is. I guess youd say its Genuine Chevrolet!
