  Pure American power and luxury - 2000 Cadillac Eldorado

  Every day since purchasing new in 2000, I ook forward to driving this car. The appearance turns heads, and it is more fun to drive and ride in than it is to look at. The heated seats are like heaven in the cold winter. Amenities are great, leather soft and incredibly comfortable. The power and grace of this car have spoiled me, nearly any other car will pale in comparison. The ride is so solid yet soft and smooth. After owning for 3 years, I still look at it as if its the first day I parked it in the garage. I cannot say enough good things about this car. Its a shame the El Dorado legacy had to end.

  I have been driving a new ETC every 3 uears since the Northstar came out. Its a great car. You get full size, decent handling, comfort and great performance.

  The designers of the 1992 cadillac eldorado saw into the future. The crisp rectangular styling of rear end is just now being picked up by manuafatures like BMW and Daimler-Chrysler. Drivers and passengers will confuse the 1992s interior for that of a much newer car. The Eldorado borrows much of its classy, yet agressive, styleing from the Pininfarina designed Allante. As far as mechanical dependability the car is average to below average. Most note worthy are problems with the transmission and air ride suspension. I feel they are an even trade off for the cars style and comfort.

  A few thing have gone wrong, The express down module is broken on the driver side door, Burns a lot of oil. not maintence freindly.

  My Eldo was purchased 3 yrs ago w/23k on it. I was 19 when i got it i am now 22 and the car just hit 90k. I have put a decent beating on this car buy flying around and flooring it often and the car has only needed brake pads&rotors. It still runs really strong and looks even better. I am very happy w/the way this car has treated me. No complaints here.

  Car handles extremely well with its low center of gravity, has amazing power with the Northstar engine, and has been maintenance free. Leather interior holds up to heavy usage.

  Good car, but get a warranty. - 1991 Cadillac Eldorado

  This car has been extremely well taken care of, even though bought used at a dealership, it was evident that the previous owner loved it. I have had it a little over two years, and while most of those were problem free, I do ned to note that the aftermarket extended warranty I paid for at the dealership paid itself off.

  This is a great car! Even when driven hard (which for me means daily)it just performs. Cadillacs Northstar engines are just fantasic, If you have ever have the chance ot drive one, I highly recommend it.

  What a pleasant experience! From purchase negotiation to present Ive have been impressed and pleased. The ESC provides the legendary Cadillac ride and sufficient horse for all types of travel. I get 29 mpg on the road and 24 mpg in town on regular fuel, that is huge given the V8 and a/c. This car packs alot of luxury combined with performance in one car for a very reasonable price tag.

  THIS IS THE SECOND ELDO TC IVE HAD IN PAST 5 YRS. BOTH ARE SUPERB MACHINES. USE KNOWLEDGABLE CERTIFIED MECH. FEW REPAIRS ON 94. TRADED UP TO A 99. GOT TOP DOLLAR FOR 94. 99 WAS HARD TO FIND. LOTS OF ELDOs ON THE ROAD BUT FEW FOR SALE. THOSE WHO HAVE THEM, KEEP THEM. NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION THE 01s AND 02s DEPRECIATE LITTLE. IN LONG RUN PRICES WILL GO UP. STYLISH, VERY COMFORTABLE, SUOER SOUND, AND TCs ARE VERY, VERY FAST (140 MPH+). SUPERB HANDLING W/RIGHT TIRES. SUSPENSION & INSULATION MAKE FOR SOO SMOOTH & QUIET. BIG ABS BRAKES DO THE JOB! WITH WAX NOTHING LOOKS BETTER. HIGH END GENTLEMANS SPORT COUPE.
