  • Never feeling old. - 2003 Cadillac CTS

I decided it was time to grow up, bite the bullet and get a 4-dr. In my youth, 4-drs were grandpa cars. Well, Im almost 54 but this car rates as well, if not better than the sports cars Ive always driven. The performance, turning radius, gadgets and power are awesome! I looked at all the other cars out there and wanted something that looked different but exuded luxury. This car is it. I got the White Diamond Luxury Pkg. with everything. I added the Wood Trim (dealer aftermarket). It turns heads and stirs up lots of conversations from strangers. This was the best choice by far. Each day I learn about another gadget on it. Thank you, Cadillac!!!

  • Downhill at 48,000 miles - 2003 Cadillac CTS

After the warranty was up all the transmission shift patterns were off, transmission was shifting hard including downshifting. Multiple computer problems and codes(at one trip to the dealer stated more than 10 at once)that after supposedly fixing 4 different times still do not know what the problem is. The engine light will come on and the display will read enine power reduced, the car will still be running but you push the gas pedal and there is no response. After that happens you have to turn the car off to reset it even if your on the freeway. Now in addition the service airbag message appears. Also there is a loud humming coming from the rear end. Not enough space to list all the problems

  • THE RIGHT CHOICE - 2003 Cadillac CTS

Slected the CTS after comparing it to the BMW 325. Price wise it was not even close and the wife from the being was pro CTS. We have had this car for 8 months now and we still enjoy just riding around town in it. I always thought of Cadillacs as too large in size and only a car my father would like, well this CTS covers all generations.

  • Meant To Be Driven Until End of Warranty! - 2003 Cadillac CTS

The cts is absolutely the sexiest car Ive ever driven. Bought it used w/ 35k - certified. Styling, comfort and handling were outstanding. Consistently 30 mpg hgwy! I drive 30k a year, but I baby my cars... Many annoying little things (costly w/o warranty): oil leak, sunroof Glass, loose interior panels, tie rods all before 60k. Worse off at 90k: 2 thermostats. As soon as the warranty ended (a month later): coolant check valves and hoses, head gaskets, rear bearings, etc. "certified" is the best! Buy this car because its excellent... Trade it before the warranty is up... I took a $12k loss and went back to Japanese quality. FYI even the base model accord offers the same options as a CTS.

downsized form a Lexus 400LS. A little louder and a rougher ride, but handling is great and its fun to drive. No regrets.

  • CTS is a great ride - 2003 Cadillac CTS

For us true Americans we are hard pressed to find a review site that hasnt sold out to the Japanese or Germans. So, after a PILE of research, I gave the CTS a go...and I will likely never come back. Taking turns at 45 MPH causes the stability control to kick in, but the car sticks the turn. Acceleration is excellent and the access to controls allows you never to take your eyes off the road. Most of the controls are voice activated so using your hands is optional anyway. It is a very steady and stable ride and response is phenominal. I am proud to be an American car owner and am extremely happy that this no longer means settling for a lesser ride.

  • Still love it - 2003 Cadillac CTS

Have owned 4 months and still love it. Have owned many vehicles in the past and this is the best domestic vehicles I have driven. The price was attractive and the styling very appealing to someone in my age group (31-35). My friends are pleased with my choice and strangers have complimented me on it- it still gets looks. I am pleased with the vehicle overall and would recommend it to anyone. My CTS has the sport package and my husband and I like the acceleration and handling, especially in wet weather.

I got a black CTS with Luxury package, every option. I chose black, because I didnt like the two-tone interior on the lighter models. CTS was the "coolest," best value on the market when I was out there shopping. Ive been pleased with every aspect of performance and comfort. Style is greatest feature here, though...lots of compliments...my friends are jealous.

  • Love my orphan - 2003 Cadillac CTS

I love my CTS. Great handlng, could use more power. The manual 5 speed is great, definetly not my grandpops Caddy. My only regret is that I spent 32K on the car and next year it is going to have a restyled interior, bigger V6, and an optional V8. Kinda kills the resale value of mine. I only wish GM could have sorted some ofthesethings out for the first model year.
