Overview & Reviews
A luxurious Ultra model has been added to the lineup that features an all-new V6, a monochrome exterior and heavy doses of wood and leather trim inside. A DVD-based navigation system is now on the options list for the CXL and the Ultra, and XM Satellite Radio is now available on all models. GM's head-up display is now available on the CXL as a stand-alone option.
- Usable third-row seats that fold flat, comfortable ride, plenty of interior storage, lots of options available.
- Weak engine on standard models, good-looking but cheap-feeling interior materials, options push price up quickly, no off-road ability.

Very nice vehicle - 2004 Buick Rendezvous
By Dr Rodd - August 25 - 9:26 amI am eighty years old and this is a very nice car for me. Wife and I have been to Florida and we enjoyed the trip with our Buick. I have not noticed a power problem with the engine and I can average 28mpg on the highway. I tend to believe the third seat is a bit useless as the leg room is cramped but we have never used this seat and probably never will. I have the second row seats down most of the time as the headrests create a major blind spot problem and I am 6ft. 2in. My wife has much more of a problem than I. I intend to keep this SUV (probably) for the remainder of my life. We have only 17000 miles on the car and 21000 on our 2002 LeSabre limited which is a super car also.

Disappointed - 2004 Buick Rendezvous
By Rivi - July 31 - 4:38 amMy wife and I got this car as a lease. She drives it mostly. We had to get out of the lease early. We traded her in for a Toyota and dont look back at the Buick anymore. We noticed as time went on, she seems to loose power. She no longer feels strong anymore. I dont think that 245 horses is strong enough for the weight of this vehicle. She handles the bumps terribly, feels like shes gonna break apart on me. Gas guage is on the frits and the dealer cant find anything wrong with her. One day, we have gas and the next, we dont. Her turn radius is lousy. Its a shame, becuase we love all the toys that the Ultra comes with.

My review - 2004 Buick Rendezvous
By Candace - July 24 - 5:46 pmWhat a nice car to drive! Plenty of room, nice ride, 6-cyl fuel economy-- gets great mileage for a SUV. Yes, gas is over $3 per gallon--but will I give up my Rendevous! Never!

RB5 - 2004 Buick Rendezvous
By LRB - July 24 - 4:19 pmI enjoy not climbing down into or up out of the vehicle. We have bee surprised by the leg room in back, easy of entry and the carrying capacity, esp the size and shape of the opening.

I love my Rendezvous - 2004 Buick Rendezvous
By LeonAndrew - July 21 - 2:00 amI dont off road so I find the car great in regular situations. The AWD is wonderful. While other cars (including SUVs) were skidding around in the most recet ice storm, mine chugged along quite well!

Womens SUV! - 2004 Buick Rendezvous
By Ronda763 - July 21 - 2:00 amI have been following the reviews on the Buick Rendezvous for two years. For the past 13 years I have diven a mini-van (driving kids two and from soccer games). I knew the by next vehicle would not be another mini-van. After driving the Rendezvous, I knew this would be the vehicle I would be buying! It drives like and car, but I still sit up high like I did in the mini-van. I LOVE THIS VEHICLE!!!!
