Overview & Reviews
Changes for the Century's final production year are minimal; Glacier Blue Metallic replaces Graphite Metallic and a Special Edition option package has been added.
- Roomy interior, easy to decipher controls, low base price.
- Mushy seats, engine lacks power and refinement, lacks the features of its more modern competitors.

Smart Buy - 2005 Buick Century
By mackelvaney - August 1 - 6:16 pmThis is the best car for the money Ive ever purchased. Its the best "regular car" I could find, and I am quite pleased with the performace, mileage, and comfort. I drive 100 mi. a day round trip for work and I love driving "Miss Daisy". (Yes I name my vehicles)

excellent - 2005 Buick Century
By t. Wilson - January 14 - 4:59 pmI was used to driving a much bigger and heavier car. The Buick Century turned out to be a great surprise. One of the most comfortable and easy to handle car that I have ever owned. I have owned many many cars over the years.

Good - 2005 Buick Century
By paulshap - January 13 - 10:21 amThe drive is a great improvement over my old Buick Century. Everything works fine. I still have not figured out how the radio works. The only problem is the reflection off of the dash board onto the front window.

Thoughts on Century - 2005 Buick Century
By George Smith - July 10 - 2:00 amCar is too light, and suspension system is poor, resulting in disappointing riding quality. The tires must be poor quality, because when taking curves on a road which is slightly crowned, the car feels as though it is about to roll over instead of tires, perhaps design has poor weight distribution. It is necessary to slow down significantly to feel safe, and I dont mean slowing down from 70 to 55, but rather from 45 to 30 for example.
